I had the best experience today with my local AutoZone. I went in because my 2013. Malibu had a check engine light on and I wanted them to help me find out what code was showing on the car. Very nice man came out and took care of it for me told me what it was for.I also needed a new fob for my keys and they were going to order it for me until we realized that they were out of stock. They were very gracious. They helped me a lot and I never felt like I was imposing on them.

I was the only customer in the store at midday and it took 30 minutes to return 3 loaner tools. There was only one store associate and a commercial manager that had to help the associate after 25 minutes of them not being able to figure out the computer system. Ultimately, I blame cheap regional management not providing enough resources to hire/keep the correct number of competent personnel and not providing enough training to make sure those that are there can accomplish their tasks.

The store manager Nathan was excellent. My girlfriends serpentine belt snapped and she had stopped at Autozone to get another one and as I was on the way to her , Nathan offered to help put on the belt,and he did help and knew what he was doing , he was great and had excellent customer service ! Definitely would come back to this Autozone 100%

You went above and beyond to help us understand what solutions would help solve a couple of problems and even helped us with them. This type of customer service just doesn't exist in today's age. Nathan was the individual who gave me the wrong Oil for my vehicle, specifically gave him Make, Model, Year and I even provided my phone number which I have been a customer for some time now and am very disappointed as this is a reoccurring issue. So thank you Nathan you have failed me once again. Wasted my coupon.

My husband came in due to his car not starting he was unsure if it was his battery or his starter . Nathan advised my husband it was his starter NOT THE BATTERY so my husband bought the starter and had someone put it in . Replacement was complete and car still would not turn on . My husband went back to the store and the store’s 2 jumpboxes were not working to do a diagnostic test. Ultimately it was the battery . They could not fix the situation and still no battery .

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They treat people very badly, especially if you're a Spanish speaker. I really don't recommend it; they should replace the staff with someone who is actually qualified.

Great place to go get the right parts for your vehicle Nathan the manager is the best manager there is I went to advance Auto for plugs for my 2006 Nissan Titan and they gave me the wrong ones. AutoZone knows his stuff Nathan is the best manager ever.
