Positive: Parts wise usually have what I need and convenient location. Never needed help with anything above just grabbing a part so can’t speak for tech savvy.
Downside: Bunch of kids working there talking crap about customers even while they are still in the store. Personally, that’s enough to not go back.

Oscar Was amazing! He help me and my grandmother find the correct light bulbs for our 2010 Toyota Prius ! Only took him 2mins to walk and show us what we need and ring us up at the counter!

I have never gone into an AutoZone store where the gentlemen working there are so unhelpful it is incredible. I was simply looking for a cabin filter for my car and yes I should know the model of my car but I would hope as they do in New York they could’ve come out and looked at the car and gave me the filter which is appropriate for the car. He refused to look up any previous purchase I had because I bought a filter from the store. There is absolutely no one in the store no reason the gentleman at the counter couldn’t be more help. The laziest workers I have seen. Most autozone places will not only sell the filter but put it in for you.

Good store, however I absolutely did not enjoy the amount of poor attitude I received when working with Paul. I don’t come in the store to be treated poorly and I think we can all agree on that. If you don’t want to be customer service facing find a new career.

I spoke to a gray shirt manager and he refused to warranty a truck battery the was still under warranty. The guy was very rude and lacked customer service. He told me the regional director was in the store and he was still rude and refused to correct the problem event though I told him I knew he could.

I had an incident at another AutoZone store. I was not able to resolve it with the person who created the situation. I immediately took my receipt to this location, Walker & Paul were quick to look into the situation and resolve the issue. I thank the entire team that was present in the store, for their level of concern, with what had happened. They put my mind at ease. Walker went over and above ! Thank you AutoZone Team!!!
