There really isn't much to say - it's an auto parts store. Decent stock of parts and items; reasonable times to order things not in stock, and average prices. You're not going to find outstanding money saving deals or anything, but most of their items seem reasonably priced and decent quality. Staff is always helpful and friendly - and I think that's the key. I have always gotten better, friendlier, and more helpful service from AutoZone than any of the other guys.

We shop at this AZ frequently and are impressed with their amazing customer service. The whole crew always goes out of their way to help us with our current project. Ryan especially goes out of his way to make us feel appreciated, and this AZ is always our 1st stop because of the time that's taken to assist us.

Sometimes I really love the staff but lately it seems like unless I stay on top of them to give me a receipt, they forget. Then with trying to exchange stuff I get penalized even when the first purchase was earlier that day and could probably be looked up on the til. I don't know if it's staff turnover not being trained or not caring, or if it's a manager trying to limit returns and encouraging employees to not give the receipt to the customer. I plan on watching my next few visits and involving corporate if this keeps being a common occurrence. I encourage others to watch out for this as well.

Ryan absolutely made my experience here. I came in for a key fob battery for my Tundra and he was very kind and accommodating. The key fob battery did not work, the next day I came in for cleaning supplies and told him about how it didn’t work just in conversation and he said you know what let’s try another size to see if it will connect better. He went out of his way to try and make this work for me and that is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. People that genuinely care and go above and beyond are hard to find, Auto Zone is lucky to have Ryan. Thank you so much for all of your help. I will continue to come here for all of my auto needs because of this experience!!!

Great AutoZone. Chase was outstanding. He helped me with replacing my headlights and was very respectful. Thanks man! I was in college at the time with no tools and right before this was pulled over by the police for a headlight going out. I had been wanting to replace the headlights for a while so there was a new set in my trunk. Right after the warning I drove to the AutoZone and got it all fixed up.

Store manager is a jerk. Refuse to follow policy for a return. Went to another store in town and they had no problem returning the unopened item. And they reported him to the GM. Said they hear that about him all the time, trying to start confrontations with customers.

Took in my vehicle and asked if they would hook up to the machine that tells me if anything is wrong with the engine. I had an engine light coming on and off. Staff explained what it could be, heard my engine advised he suspected another issue and what was probably needed. I wanted to purchase a part and they advised not to buy it until we found out for sure. Staff professional, friendly, efficient and kind. Highly recommend.
