The crew here goes above and beyond for their customers. My sons oil pan cover was loose and he didnt have the proper tools to fix it on his own. Gabriel told us to take in the car and he would take care of it. Not only did they fix the oil pan cover back in place they even checked on my sons tires which were actually low. They aired up his tires and told my son he was good to go! They didn't even charge a thing. We are from San Antonio, Texas my son is there to work for his solar company. We are very grateful. We will definitely recommend Quality Lube to all our family and friends! Thank you so much and God bless you all <3

Great, friendly service. Quick too. They close promptly at 4, but they will not take your car if you arrive after 3:45. I got a conventional oil change, 4.5 qts oil, windshield wiper fluid topped off and tires checked/filled to 34 PSI. $34 out the door.

Update: Went back today and still great service. Greg is very careful to check everything. He even found a replacement cap for my power steering reservoir. I didn't know it was even missing but I think the last place that did my oil change forgot to put it back on. Best service I've had in a long time.

I have been taking my vehicle to George and his family for at least 10 years, and have always had great experiences. They know and address me by name and are always kind and friendly, even when busy. I didn’t choose services for this review because I’m unsure of all they offer in entirety, but to me, it seems like they can do it all! If you’re curious, first, give them a call. I also believe even if they don’t do it, they could refer you out, which is nice. Now on to my experience… They’ve done many oil changes, inspections and other work and I’ve had zero problems with the quality of work or time taken to do it. They’ve even fixed a major issue caused by another location I had an oil change at, they left my car literally shaking and totally unbalanced. After a very rocky ride home, I called the first shop to explain this issue and asked questions, but they brushed it off like nothing was wrong. However, I know better and so did my dad (who had a 40+ year love of cars, eventually rebuilding and racing his own), after driving it around the block to see what I was explaining was wrong! A simple oil change should not cause any issues, but you know something is wrong when your Hyundai Elantra feels like an off road vehicle! My dad, who also has work done on his cars at Quality Lube, for the street level everyday driver, and racing, took it to George and they were somehow able to fix it! They were sympathetic toward me, and did not demean me for being a woman or young, was is often toward women, unfortunately so. I always leave informed, feeling assured of services and the cost due to their straightforward way of working, and having the security I am good until I need something else! Highly recommend this shop or you’re needing any kind of work done! You’ll definitely be in good hands!! Thank you, George, Gabriel and co.!

Anytime you come go to any place make sure that when you’re getting your oil change or any kind of mechanical work done your car test that car out why that car is still there at the exact location raise your hood up check and see if you’re all cap zone Chickens check your oil your transmission fluid check everything out right there. Why are you at the exact same location sometime these people forget to put the oil back on . Miss Millie lost her engine at a place like this. They forgot to put the oil cap back on. They didn’t put the they didn’t put the power steering cap back on. They didn’t add enough oil back to the vehicle. Next thing you know Whole damn car burn up when she got about 50 miles down the road, but this did not happen at this location that was at another location.

Excellent service by Quality Lube near Sheppard AFB! My 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport was due for basic maintenance and a final State inspection. After researching reputable oil change services in Wichita Falls, TX., I decided to try Quality Lube. George told me he was short-staffed that day (is there any place that isn't?) but he took my vehicle in right away. He knew exactly the recommended oil to use, and about 17 minutes later everything was complete including payment and a pleasant conversation. Price was reasonable and explained very well. I'll definitely take my vehicle to Quality Lube again for minor maintenance needs.

My car was running really poorly and the repair place I normally use couldn’t even look at it for a while (we need more great automotive repair places!)…my lovely brother in law recommended George at Quality Lube (located right behind Stripes, next to Sheppard) and (side note:nobody else I tried to contact called me back) he got my car back up in fine shape sooner than my regular shop was going to even take a look at it! It is running soooo smooth I feel like I could race it if wanted toooo:)! Go see George! He is amazing! And! Reasonably priced as well!!!

Stopped by to get a TX vehicle inspection and oil change. It was quick and easy. George was really nice and just overall friendly. The overall service took like 30 minutes or less. Pros: - good customer service - reasonable price (better than the dealership service center) - fast and efficient - convenient location (right outside the gate) Cons: - nothing Note: if you only need TX vehicle inspection- cash only PPS. I stopped again another day, to ask for help in replacing my rear. Windshield wiper, since I can't get it off and messed up the putting back the thing together. George was really nice and help me out real quick, less than 2 minutes. Highly recommended this place. Spent less than $80 for inspection and oil change, comparing the Mazda service which normally runs about at least $150, and 2-3 hours of wait.
