On Friday night I had to make an emergency stop here. I was getting ready to go out of town and realized that my head lights were out. I walked in and this lady helped me. I have no clue which lights were out or what kind of lights I needed but she was kind enough to help me figure it out. Not only did she help me figure out which lights I needed but she also helped me change them out since I had no clue what I was doing. I am very grateful that she helped me out because if she wasn’t for her I was not going to be able to drive that night to go out of town. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for a name but she was just AMAZING and was so much help!! Will definitely be coming back if I need anything else because everyone here was so friendly and awesome!

I tried the delivery thing last night and was not impressed. In a world where this is now a thing, Auto Zone and the way they handled my order was the least bit satisfying. Had I not called and found out that they didn't know what they were doing or what I was talking about, I was told to figure it out after spending $9 on a delivery fee. Once I looked into it and ran down an 800 number to call, that representative was helpful and reassuring, but this is not a service I would use for this location ever again. When calling the store, the representative that answered their phone was rude and just was not at all helpful. He didn't even attempt to help me look into the situation. I will definetely take an uber into the store before I ever trust this location with a $100 order to just do the right thing, as their job entails it.

Employee has no idea what they are doing. If you have a hybrid or EV car do not bring it here to get the battery and alternator checked, they don’t know how to do it. I even showed him where the battery is.

Visited this store today, asked for a battery check and was told the tester was not working. The young man helping me then asked me to start my car, it wouldn’t start. He said I needed a battery, okay then bought the Economy battery . Got the battery installed, drove away. About 20 minutes later my battery light comes on. They sold me a bad battery. I tied calling the store, on hold for 20 minutes. I do not recommend shopping here. 2 stars only for the convenience of not having to wait.

The manager was nice, but all of the air filters are just put everywhere and they don’t have any kind of organization. This is the only store that listed my air filter in stock, but because they are so disorganized, they could not find it even after 20 minutes of looking. After trying to purchase the air filter in person, I have to drive home empty-handed after wasting time and now I have to purchase it online. Overall, a disappointing experience when you expect to find parts at an AutoZone that are listed as available

Worst Customer Service...not at all helpfull. Especially Manager Marty Stewart and his staff Micah Gray Didnt accept my return which I paid by card and had a receipt...I went twice to the store but they wasted my time...please go to other Auto zone they serve better than this branch. Sorry to say this O'Reilly has better customer service than AutoZone.

I was there to buy a porch. The customer service was so rude with attitude. The guy name is Richard. He is very rude and I don’t think he’s a good for the job. He’s rude and he have no respect. I believe yeah I need a better customer service in this location When I was there actually there was no customers every other location Autozone pack so I figured out that’s why this location empty nobody there.
