I would like to start this review with the good things I have to say so #1. The work we agreed upon was completed and it’s seems to be good work so far (I’ll have to update later if that opinion changes)….and #2. the owner Zeke did allow us to leave our car for awhile (from may 10th to June 9th which is awhile I’ll admit and it’s longer than most shops would probably have held it and we appreciate him holding it as long as he did) as we didn’t have the money to have it fixed at/around the time and day when it was dropped off by tow truck …. Now for the not so good stuff So for us in our story/experience ultimately in the end even tho the work was completed we Had a very bad experience which has made us more nervous/hesitant with mechanic shops and also now an extra unexpected cost which is a set back for us… so our van that we had on the property siting and waiting to be fixed when we could afford it had the catalytic converter stolen while on this property… and because of that I do not recommend at this time ….. I’ve never had this happen to any of my cars while in the care of a mechanic or car shop etc. so it was very stressful mentally and shocking and hit us hard in the pocket because we had to get another catalytic converter put on right away because our other car is having issues (issues not related to this shop) but yeah the other car was/is having issues and we have children so it would not be wise to have them in the van with no catalytic converter to do what it’s supposed to etc… and so having to replace this unexpectedly because we have to have at least one car we can drive safely …well that was a hardship for us because it was an unexpected expense that we now had to account for …. And to be clear I’m not saying it’s anyone’s fault at this shop ….the owner did say he didn’t want to or couldn’t hold the car for a month so us leaving it so long was unwise on our part and we shouldn’t have left it that long but none the less we still were affected negatively by the theft that happened and so that’s why the 3 stars are given. And please know I’m just telling the story like it happened and from my point of view …. And that’s basically it for my review. NOW MORE importantly then this review GOD Bless anyone who reads this part just wanted to say Jesus loves you ❤️and I pray you come to know Jesus Christ as lord and savior …. Trust me it would be the best decision you ever made 😊.

After I exhausted my own DIY AC Diagnostics on my 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium, it was time to seek professional help. I wanted the work done in my driveway, with a technician who wouldn't be bothered too much with my DIY questions and practiced social distancing. I found it all in Zeke's A.C.T Mobile Auto Service, and there was a bonus. ....he turned out to be a neighbor, one street away. Wow!! Well needless to say Zeke met and exceeded my criteria with a perfectly executed solution to my Auto AC problem. I'm a customer for life and I dicovered a new neighbor!! I went to zeke because I thought my alternator was bad, turns out it was just the battery. Instead of him trying to get more money out of me and agree that it was the alternator he called me back and let me know it was the battery even tho it was recently replaced. We got a new battery and he were able to get me on the road quick. I really value honesty and honest people who don’t try tricking you into giving them more money and zeke didn’t do that, he’s a good and honest person, I recommend him to everyone I know.

I've used them 3 times for repairs to my old truck. Two repairs were major! Top engine rebuild and front suspension rebuild. No surprises! Charged as quoted! I would trust them with any repair. Hiring a mechanic is not an easy task. Finding one that is honest and reliable has always been a challenge fo me. I was skeptical about hiring a mobile Mechanic but I’m glad I did. Amazing service, trustworthy, and through the worst, does amazing work. I am from Oklahoma and broke down at the Dallas airport. I had to fly to Florida and find a mechanic, thank god I found Zeke. He had my truck towed, repaired my truck and even through his son got into a car accident, had my truck done in time. Highly recomend, I will drive to Texas from Oklahoma to get his services again!

Zeke is an excellent mechanic. He was fixing my van so that I could get on the highway to go out of town, then my daughter's car wouldn't start, which was located in Irving. I then received a call from my son saying his vehicle stopped in Fort Worth off the freeway. I called Zeke and he was gracious enough to go to Fort Worth to repair my son's car then come to Irving to fix my daughters car and this all happened on a Saturday. He completed the repairs to my van and i was very please with his work. I would highly recommend him.

Zeke did a great Job replacing the rear main seal in my Tahoe dropped it off at 8:30 A.M. had it back by 3 that afternoon hasn't leaked a drop and even cleaned up the mess from oil leaking for months. Very honest fast and a great price will use them for any future auto repairs
