Been using this facility. Last week went there about 730 am for battery change. Nick says it's going to take 2.5 hrs. I looked at the place and there was only one car there. I asked the battery price and availability. Prices of three batteries were stated. I said pls confirm by checking into the system and the response, with attitude was, I know stuff around here. I agreed to get the battery for $79.99, he logged in the system and said price has increased to $99.99, I was like just give me one with $119, he looked at the screen and went to check the rack, returns and said not available. what happened to knowing your stuff...lol? At last, battery was installed and the key was returned to desk within half and hour and not 2.5 hrs. Then my daughter went for a synthetic oil change, don't know who was at the desk, but same 2.5 hrs estimated time was given while she was out within 45 minutes. Can these people engage with customers in some professional manners?

Left my car at the center all day, just to change a battery. Don't mind a long wait, I know they're busy but the lack of communication was the real time waster. Never received an update and no one answered the phone. Turned out it was "too hard" to replace the battery (= not worth their time). Didn't find that out until going there to pick it up because I needed my car. There should have been a better effort to communicate to me the status of my vehicle. To make matters worse, halfway to Austin I realized they didn't even close my hood properly. That's just carelessness.

I’m a regular customer here, the kind of attitude they carry is like doing my work for free of charge. And if you are with appointment also they will take 1-2 hours just to repair a tire and you have to remind them about the vehicle then they will pull in garage .This location is so frustrating

Called in the day prior to set an appointment. Confirmed they had what I needed and set the appointment. The following day I proceed to show up and they had that I only want 2 tires when I stated all tires were being replaced when the appointment was set. Handed over the keys and maybe 10 minutes later got a call they could not get the job done because the lock key wasn't working mind you, I've rotated my tires and changed my brakes, which requires me to use the same lock key they mentioned wasn't working to get those task done. Waste of time and lazy technicians. Getting a new set of tires isn't a job I can do at home before you come for me. But I'd just go somewhere else.

Staff was eager to get me off the phone when calling to inquire about tire replacement. I had a flat tire, so I proceeded to a Discount Tire nearby given their attention, kindness, and service quality. Moral of the story, train employees so they attract customers, not shew them away to competitors.

I took my car for oil change and had to wait they told ne there is only one car ahead of me so waiting time should be 30 min i waited 1 hour before asking about my car they told me that my car is missing the oil dipstick and they cant do it before i sign a waiver so I signed and waitee another 45 min before i found out that my car still in thw parking qnd they been serving other cars and the waiver i signed was for another car so i took my car and left and i hipe the owner of the honda pilot see the post so he can take action

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car in to this store to get a battery and an employee in the automotive center wrecked my car. The employee forgot to put my car in park and my car ended up rolling back and hitting a wall. After this incident, I spoke with managers to submit a claim. The manager gave me a claim number to call to get in contact with the claims person. I’ve called them for the past week during business hours and no one has responded. If you want to have your car destroyed and no one do anything about it, come here. HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS STORE

I came here a couple months back I asked for a certain oil and said okay they’ll put it in. Never did. Then had to wait 40 mins for them to fix that. Now I was getting an oil change. Told me it was a one hour wait. Now I’ve been waiting two hours and 30 minutes. Didn’t have the Curtosy to even let me know. I had a appt at a certain time. Now I’m missing my appointment that will result in a 50$ charge. Didn’t offer me a discount /coupon or nothing for their poor work ethics and poor customer service. I’ll be going to take 5. Good prices but not worth the hassle.

Terrible service at the tires dept. A manager who was a Indian along with three employees: One with long hair, chubby, One who was tall (higher then 5'7"') how look at you like he went both way and a third one who was short in height, with short hair. All stood by my car. The one with the long hair was there lookout. He basically stood up watch he as I stood by the window. The rest all bend down behind with car while the Indian guy rised up looking at me thru the car window. Then he went down at soon he made eye contact. My car that one brand new stem. One not so brand new. Tire had inflation my 35 in the rear. Which had wasn't the inflation it was 45. Also the tpms was not set in rotation. Terrible. Horrible service. Wait they have to do it again..............

I had a very disappointing experience with "Sky" at Walmart Auto Care. I had a 5 PM appointment for tire installation, and I also needed an oil change, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived at 3:15 PM, hoping to drop off my car early to get the oil change done before my scheduled tire installation. However, Sky informed me I couldn’t be checked in early and insisted that I return exactly at 5 PM, despite my attempt to make things easier for them and myself. Every interaction with her seems unnecessarily unpleasant, and it feels like she doesn’t enjoy her job. Her attitude made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. Walmart should consider additional customer service training, as her approach to service left me quite frustrated.

I visited twice due to issues with my tire change. The first time, they didn’t install the tire properly—specifically, the rim and air valve (pumping point) were not correctly aligned, which was very dangerous. I ended up spending $165 in total ($89 + $76) across both visits. Even after returning, the problem persisted despite the replacement. Additionally, the manager was not friendly or helpful in resolving the issue. I have two receipt and everything I need solutions

I needed oil change a couple weeks ago and they didn’t have the filters for it and I came back today and they say they don’t do oil change today cause is only one guy working in the auto care center This Walmart needs a new manager

I go here a lot because it's convenient. Every time I go I ask them to make sure they actually top off my fluids because they never do. So yesterday I asked can you make sure they top off my windshield fluid the clerk says okay. When I got to the counter I said did you guys top off my fluids. He said the paper says they did. I said the paper always says that but they never do it. The mechanic comes in and the clerk says did you guys top the washer fluid, yeah yeah yeah we did. Now would you look at that. You didn't and that makes me think are you putting the correct amount of oil in my car? What else are you not doing?

Does it matter if we leave negative reviews anymore? This is a management down issue. One car was in the oil change bay. One guy doing some work under the hood and the next guy beside him scraping his butt watching the show. Appointments mean nothing. Atleast check me in so you have the keys and I can uber back to work. But no… Also, the big guy with the tattoos and lip jewelry… I understand people have bad days. But this guy has consistently delivered nasty and aggressive responses every single time. Don’t waste your time here. Not one single positive about this auto care center.

A lot of these people have nasty attitudes especially in automotive. Came here early for an oil change and went inside the store to buy something. Needed help getting something from a locked glass safe. And got hit with, no I can’t help you you need to get someone from automotive and then “ I’m right here” with a whole attitude. Like man I don’t have time for that attitude just do your job and help me get what I need without the extra attitude.

Purchased four new tires and they installed it wrong. The outside part of the tire is installed in the inside. And they didn’t caliber the tpms. I checked the tire pressure on all four tires. There’s enough air in the tires but still the tpms is on. Which means they didn’t program it well. Worst service. Can’t spare my time for these mistakes.

The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is insane. I KNOW it’s Walmart, and all you have to do is know your name to get hired, but JESUS CHRIST. My girlfriend and I go in to get her four new tires (begged her to go to the dealership, but that’s a different story). After 2.5 hours of waiting around (for 4 tires is INSANE, btw), kid comes up and tells me THE BATTERY IS DEAD!??!? you can’t make this stuff up. Long story short, they replaced the battery for free. Could have all been avoided if you’re not lazy and skip steps on your job. DO BETTER!!!!!
