Freeman Service Department is the best. I drive 45 mins to service my Genesis. Ken D. and staff are the best!

Worst place to fix your vehicle. It has been 1.5 months since my vehicle is there but they have not started any work yet. Always giving excuses and customer service is the worst. I am paying for Rental vehicle and its so frustrating

Anthony has always helped me out and is the nicest person there! He updates me when ever it’s necessary and lets me know what’s going on. It’s always so neat in the waiting area and I feel comfortable in there.

This experience has been the worse! A 2-3 day bumper fix has taken over two weeks, and I still don’t have my car. It’s suppose to be ready today, I’m sure I’ll get another call saying different. I should have went to John Eagle like I said at first, but trying to be closer to home only messed me up.

Ask for Nino! He was able to handle my minor issue very quickly and affordably. Will be returning for any Hyundai body repair in the future. Thank you!

Went in to get a estimate, just looking for a body shop, Earl Piece didn't even introduce himself or a handshake, went outside told him it was a Kia optima, and said A Kia in a condescending voice since it was a Hyundai dealership, the idiot didn't know Kia is part owned by Hyundai, he told me I was wasting my time getting quotes I was just looking for my own body shop, since I'm going through the other parties dealership, then he laid his paper on my car and and begin to write notes, he made me fell like I was wasting his time, stay away from this dude very unprofessional, I'm in customer service, and I try to make people fell welcomed, and respected, they need to send this guy to etiquette class. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE USING THIS Place, I'm sure the body techs are great, and do great work, but this Estimator is a jerk!!! Usually if I don't have nothing good to say, then I don't say nothing at all, but this is not what I called friendly customer service

I was on vacation from Fort Worth and got caught in a microburst (100 wph winds) in Pensacola, Florida. The wind blew my drivers side door open and it would not close. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and I was at the mercy of anyone to let me put my car in their garage. We were actually staying in Gulf Shores so I called the Chevy dealership in Gulf Shores and they sent me to Freeman’s. My sister and I were driving back towards Gulf Shores holding the drivers side door closed with a towel through the door handle. We were pretty shook up from what had happened to us. It was a very scary and dangerous situation. When we called Freeman’s they were beyond kind and helpful. They gave us their personal cell number and told us to call when we got to the shop and they would be there to let us in. They fixed my door for less than $200.00 and totally detailed my car for free. My New Buick Enclave looked like a sand storm inside. It literally looked brand new again. Words can’t say enough for their kindness and going above and beyond. These two ladies will forever be grateful to Freeman’s. If you are in the area and need help with your car Freeman’s is the place to call. Thank You Freeman’s for all your help!!!

This is my third Hyundai, all Sonata's but my first with Freeman. The service was not for a collision but for an engine failure. Th er car is nine years old and had 103,000 miles on it. Hyundai had contacted me several years ago and advised me they were extending the warrenty on the engine due to a manufacturer defect. When the car was towed to Freeman they checked the engine, then consulted with Hyundai and a decision was made to replace the defective engine without charge. Obviously I am very pleased with the outstanding service. I would add that my normal Hyundai Service Center in Arlington refused to accept the vehicle after it broke down on the side of the road, I will not be purchasing any more vehicles in Arlington. Freeman has earned my trust.

Upon referrals, I took my Silverado in that had frame damage, etc. and am so happy that I did. My concerns were, from past experiences, not getting a complete/correct estimate and repairs not being done right due to lesser quality parts and/or labor. I had first brought my truck into a smaller shop whom in which insurance was not working with, then I brought it to Freeman and told James about the situation and my concerns; he promised whether it gets fixed or whether it gets totalled, they would get it done right - no shortcuts. It ended up getting totalled after the long hard fight for a correct estimate. With insurance pushing back more and more, you have to bring in more facts. Not to go into too many details, James did exactly that. Such a relief that I didn't have to battle both insurance and a collision center to do things right. Freeman did their part (exceptionally well) and now, heaven forbid this happens again, they will have a returning customer. Thank you so much, James and team!

It was a pleasant experience dealing with Freeman. Starting from the quote to ongoing communication about giving updates and dealing with my insurance, everything was smooth. Ozzy took care of dealing with insurance for the incremental estimates, doing the right thing without bothering me with things I don't have to worry about. The work product was perfect too.

We had my wife's Sonata towed here on May 16 2022 after she was hit. Due date kept getting pushed back due to parts availability and I get that. So mid to late August I receive a call saying car is ready. My wife and I head to pick it up. Key Fob was handed to us by the receptionist and we were sent on our way. I found it a little strange our point of contact did not offer to come out and go over the car with us. I soon find out why. Keep in mind our car was garage kept. My wife asked me to look at the rear spoiler. The thing had the faded old yellowish look to it and maybe had one strip of original paint. Went back in to talk to our POC and told him to come take a look. He eventually went to get his boss and was told it was oxidized and that's what happens with gel coat is bad. Well, gel coat was NOT bad. Again, car was garage kept and car washed bi-weekly so I would notice if paint on rear spoiler was bad. Cannot prove but this was not our spoiler. I believe they took ours to put on another vehicle. They did make it right and painted the rear spoiler for us at no cost. Now, onto the second issue. On the paperwork it showed them doing a 4 wheel alignment. When we dropped off the rental car I drove my wife's car back home and noticed the steering wheel off several inches. Instead of fighting the construction I decided to take it to Christian Bros for an alignment. Called the next day saying the car is ready and it was not the front that needed to be aligned but the rear left that was out of whack. Surprise!!! That is where the CAR WAS HIT!!! So, they did NOT do a 4 wheel alignment. Just be cautious.......

What a team! What can I say about a team that not only do their jobs at an extremely high level, but also communicate like they want to help you. I'm big on customer service and this team exceeds expectations. If you are looking for great customer service and communication on par with a play by play announcer for your repairs give this team a shot. Highly recommend Gus Juarez if you want a suggestion on who to talk with.

I have purchased many new cars from Freeman over the years and I have used the collision center several times for my wife's car and my car when we were hit over the years. I have found their work to be excellent and I highly recommend them. Denise Howeth was my contact person and she has gone out of her way to keep me updated on the timeline during the repair process. Freeman is first class in all they do and I have recommended them to many over the years! Great work!

I recently had my 2013 GMC Sierra worked on, and my experience was handled by Mr. James Storm and Mr. Ozzie Orta. My truck had collision damage on the rear bumper as well as general wear and tear on the driver's side door handle and passenger side paneling. James personally greeted me when I dropped my truck off for service. His friendly customer service as well as his knowledge and experience make you feel extremely comfortable knowing your vehicle is in good hands. Throughout the process, both James and Ozzie were extremely responsive and forward thinking in handling the repairs. They let me know exactly what was going on with my truck, what to expect in terms of pricing, and they ended up ahead of schedule on the repairs. They were able to get some of the repairs covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the rest covered by insurance. They treated me more than fairly in terms of price. All in all, my experience was fantastic and it was due to these two professionals, as well as the excellent work of the rest of the team. I truly feel like I am treated like family when I take my vehicle to Freeman, and you have a customer for life.

The quality of the repair is excellent and the cleanliness of the car is excellent, but what about the timing? The repair time was 64 days and the rental car was $2008.04 and my insurance only covers $1200, why do I have to pay $808.04? Because of your slow service? And the feedback leaves a lot to be desired, sometimes it was impossible to contact a representative of your service and it took several days to get an answer. My insurance company Progressive agrees with me that it is very long. Never again!

Update after car pickup: despite the frustrations listed below, they did a perfect job restoring my car and perfectly matching my notoriously hard to match paint and keeping insurance from totaling my beloved car. So I've revised my rating to reflect this quality of work They have had my car for over 3 months and refuse to give me any possible end date still. They told me they were in the final stage 2.5 weeks ago and I've heard nothing back since then. I get an update maybe once a month from these guys, and it's only cause I call in to ask where my car is. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with any part of Freeman Auto Group at this point. Go somewhere where they actually care about their customer service.

My vehicle was brought to GMC grapevine for some body repair on the passenger side from the front to the rear. The time at the shop both visits was over 60 days but in the end, the work proved the time was worth it. The repair, paint, and assembly is 100%. Kevin was my advisor and the communication was as good as you think it’ll be for a time frame like this. James was also to willing to listen to my concerns and rectify them in a quick manner. Overall, the time frame would have been nice to know about at the start, but the work is completely worth it in the end.
