My Mini Cooper was having problem with coolant leak and he asked us to fix the thermostat but after he fixed the leak the engine light popped and the car was running under power. Then after one day it had starting trouble!!! So he said it had trouble with the starter and battery which is not at all right !

I am here to acknowledge a review made by Jesse J Sevilla. On October 18, 2022 the shop owner suddenly passed away. I made sure the trash was weight less than and equal to 50lbs or less while we were cleaning out his shop. We did our best to prevent the bags from being broken into. Unfortunately, every Monday morning we came across the bags damaged and ripped open. Now as a trash valet your job description is to lift minimum 50lbs, but you refused to pick up the garbage and you allowed people in this area to break these bags and leave a mess to clean up for us not only once but 3 times. This is unacceptable behavior by trash valet or trash pickup. Pictures can be provided upon request.

I know this Allen for more than 2 years now. Overall I will say for any small issues you can go to this mechnic. He is quick to resolve your issues. But any major issue like Engine problem or AC problem.. he will charge a lot and will not provide a permanement solution. He has some loyal customer and he is also loyal to them but for other he charges a lot. I had one Honda CRV, I spent around $1200, for some engineen problem. He told that It will be fine. When I went to him next time he didn't treat well, tried to avoid. So I had to sold that in a very low price within 1 month of the repair. Then I purchanged one Honda Odyssey. For some AC problem in Odyssey he suggested to change the Compressure. But due to past experience I went to Texas Auto in 356 behind Bank Of America, and that guy told that the Compressure is ok may be some electrical problem, which he could not fix and openly told that. After fighting for aorund 2 months I sent my car to MCDavid and they fixed the issue with $1000. There was some AC Lickage pipe, one electrical problem and one register change.Till now its working fine.

Had my car towed here; they replaced the alternator. Two weeks later car left me stranded brought car back to shop he could not find anything wrong left. Stranded again brought to dealership they said whoever put in that alternator didn’t tighten the terminal so when I turned anything on like a/c shook and disconnected.

This is by far the worst mechanic you can take your car to. I took my car here to replace a bad a/c compressor. He gave me a really good price for hardware/labor: $707. Once this was replaced and I took the care I came back right away and told him that I was hearing a reving noise when the a/c was on. The owner of the shop hopped in the car with me and listened to the noise and I showed him how the noise goes away once I turn of the a/c. He rubs his chin and says its my transmission... okay!!! I took his word for it since my transmission has 180k on it. On serveral occasions I had to come back since the a/c would not work. Initially he told me that it was a valve issue, then he told me that a cap was not put on properly. Finally I gave up and took my car to another shop. They looked at it and stated that my compressor's bearings were shot and that it had totally reeked havoc on the a/c system. So, now I have to replace the compressor, the dryer and expansion valves because there is metal shavings in it. SO MORAL of the story... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!!! The owner/mechanic has no clue about cars. He will definitely give you a good price for the work because he knows he has no clue what he is doing!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I drive Ford F-150. I have been regular customer here for oil-change etc. Last month I had realized that my truck is wobbling too much and tires are getting worn-out irregularly. I went to fire-stone and one more place, and they estimated to be $1500. Allen (owner) did it in $720. Since yesterday I had transmission issue in my truck. 4x4 transmission was getting stuck, and it affected my normal transmission too. I was all set for trade-in. Allen suggested to dis-engage 4x4 would solve the problem, and he did it with no charge. Now, thats customer service. I highly recommend it. ( 7 stars rating!!)

Alan is a really nice and humble mechanic. I have been going there for many years and he is very reasonable on pricing for labor and parts. Gotten as big as engines swapped and transmissions changed there from him and as small as oil changes. He rocks!

I've been going here for the past 2 years for oil changes and minor repairs. If you want an honest mechanic and a genuine person, see Allen. Don't expect any frills here, but remember at those other places you're paying for the perks too. Good, fast service.

Alan is amazing. I had a smooth experience. Would definitely recommend. Dropped the car off in the morning on the way to work. He diagnosed the problems, called me with a quote, I approved it, he got the parts, fixed and tested it. I picked my car the same evening . Simple and easy!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Total ripoff. Allan gave me an estimate for my clutch replacement (600$ parts and labor) then when I took my car there he said his warehouse no longer had the part. I told him that I would take the car back and shop for the part and then bring it back. I was very polite with him to this point. He told me he couldn't do this because he had already taken my transmission down (without having the part in stock). Lastly he told me if I wanted my car I would have to pay his mechanic for labor before he could put it back together and give it to me even though he had not fixed anything. He then hang up on me and I had to call him back to request my car back. When he finally agreed to put it back together it was running even worse than when I gave it to him. He was utterly rude. Do not take your care there.

Recently, had an issue this my Pontiac G6 jerking while driving. Took it to a Chevy Dealership (Find my review about that Dealership by clicking my profile). After waiting 4 days they told me they will have to replace a timing chain and the transmission. Which would have cost me $5939.25. Brought it here. Allen identified the issue to be a burnt-out ignition coil. Allen was able to fix the car and do an oil in few hours for $177.20. Allen has always been good to me. He always identifies the right repair and charges reasonable prices. He always advocates against unnecessary, costly repairs.

Allen and his crew are the most honest and best vehicle mechanics I've ever used in over 50 years of maintaining 3 to 7 autos, trucks, vans, RVs and even construction Trailers! You can trust Allen to give the best service for the most affordable price! I drive all 7 of my vehicles from Frisco (40 minutes one way) to U.S. Car Care for every oil change (some synthetic) and save an average of $35 per change even with tolls! Absolute Honesty, Professionalism, SuperFast High Quality Repairs, and Reasonable Prices, which is truly a Rare Jewel in this day & age!!! Thank You, Allen for everything you do!!!

So I've been a frequent customer of this place before but I must say I've had a terrible experience from Alan. He had replaced my alternator belt and I had to go back because there was still noises in my car. So he said it was another issue which was to replace power steering pump and fix a leak which I also got it fixed. The next day my alternator is gone. I had called him to ask if the belt fix has anything to do with my alternator being gone and he starts talking very rudely over the phone talking about how those two things are different (we all know that the alternator belt and the alternator is connected). So now I'm left with a broken alternator in my car with 300 dollars spent just this week and I have to spend over 600 to fix my alternator from an actual professional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you have a major fix to make. Might be a good spot for your routine oil change.

I am a regular costumer here and after the unfortunate demise of my very good friend and the old owner, I had my doubts. However, I recently visited the place for my side mirror replacement and the new owner was kind enough to help me with replacing my mirror. He was very helpful and kind and found me the cheapest option from his network. I had my oil change and the cost was very much economical like before. I recommend this place for its timely and economical qualitative service.

Mr. Alan is a very nice guy but he seems to be at the retirement point of his life. I was referred to him from someone I bought the car from, single owner who had always taken the car to US Care. My first experience with oil change was good, about two years later I went for some repairs and it was not only a nightmare to get him to understand but to remember what he had told me the day before. Communication and efficiency was not good. It seemed like he had memory issues. All the things I asked him to check and he told me were not wrong, were actually wrong! I don't doubt that he's a good mechanic but maybe it's time to delegate to another manager, then relax and enjoy the fruit of his hard work. I wish him nothing but the best!

Excellent service. What I like about Jojo is, he gives a very reasonable price and is upfront with what's wrong and what needs to be done. No surprises at a later point in time. A rare combination of being efficient and trustworthy at a reasonable price..hard to find when it comes to fixing used cars (be it mechanical issues or body damage). Highly recommend this place.

Two month ago, I had my alternator replaced for $350, a month ago new brakes and rotors done for $650. Motor mounts done for $700 and this month I had my radiator two fans and thermostat done for $800. Professional and kind people here working. The skid plate was off on screw so when I took it back to them they fastened it on very quickly. Convenient location and friendly people. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
