I can’t even begin to explain the amount of disrespect And lack of moral character the owner has for his customers. My girlfriends 20 year-old son had taken his vehicle up there to get looked at due to engine trouble. He was told by the owner that based on his description of the issue that the problem was his axle without even looking at his car or test driving it he then said that there were four cars in front of him, and as soon as a spot became available, he would get looked at if at all. I showed up after 15 minutes after my girlfriend son had gotten there and found my girlfriend son sitting in his car, waiting his turn to be seen. As a mechanic myself, I wanted to go and do a quick overview of his engine while he was waiting in line to be seen. I was in the process of lifting his hood up to do a quick inspection of the engine when the owner walked right up to us and asked what we were doing on his property and repeatedly said that this is private property. What are we doing there? having just spoken to my girlfriend son 15 minutes prior I was under the impression that the owner is making a joke, but he was dead serious. I was completely confused, because why else would we be at his auto repair shop but to have my girlfriends car looked at. My girlfriend son, then said I am waiting in line to have my car be seen just like you told me too. The owner then repeated that this is private property and why am I looking under the hood for on his property ? By this time, I see that the owner has some sort of issue with us for no reason and all that I can think of, now I’m getting upset. I then turn to my girlfriend son and tell him get back in the car we’re leaving and we will be taking our business elsewhere. It’s just very difficult to explain the bizarre and extreme rudeness of the owner in this situation That he would treat customers in such a fashion is beyond me. My father is and has been A mechanic for over 40+ years and I have been to many auto repair shops over the years and never have I’ve been treated by a Mechanic, or in this case, the owner and such a horrible fashion. And the fact that we were actually recommended to go here by a friend is baffling. The fact that he would just diagnose A car issue without even looking at the car itself coupled with the fact of his rudeness I would highly recommend not going to this repair shop at all, if you can help it. After reviewing a lot of the reviews on his website, I’m not surprised.

One day I was driving around, asking around to different shops to see what was wrong with my car because I keep hearing a noise, front passenger side and different shops were telling me it was my axle someone saying it was my low control arm and Some was saying it was my brakes and rotors so my gut was telling me it was neither above so I came across Slicks state inspections so I told them can you figure out what was wrong with my car and the owner say yes we can do that so I told them I’m hearing noise in my front passenger tire so they took it to the back. The owner comes back and told me that it was my wheel bearing. so I told him go ahead and fix it and next to you know the nose, When away these people were straight, honest straight forward, so I will definitely come back so I will recommend people to come here.

This is a family owned business and everyone who I interacted with made sure I was taken care of! I had a high mileage oil change and I had 2 tires replaced. It was done very fast and efficiently. Also, the service wasn’t over priced. I will definitely be returning, and getting my car taken care of by them in the future as well.

This wonderful team got my car looking right again! I was rear ended pretty bad and they fixed it like new in no time at all! They also gave me a rental which made it a whole lot easier. This really is a ONE STOP shop. This was my first time using their services and it will deffinetly not be the last! I’m so happy to be able to drive around in a car that looks immaculate. I came in for a state inspection initially 2 years ago it was fast and easy, this year I came back again got that done got an oil change, on top of that I needed A LOT of body work on my car. The owner came out from the start and offered to help me. Gave me an accurate estimate and within a week and half my car was fixed. Got the tires done with them too. Sanad the owner and his father are real good folks. I am glad I found this place. 5 out of 5 recommend.

I just want to give everyone 5 stars I went in on Monday to do a state inspection in that process one of the men told me I needed a tune up I felt like I had needed one but hadn’t gotten it confirmed yet. I am a single mother who hates dealing with mechanics they have a bad reputation when it comes to women. I went home and price checked around to see how much the average tune up is and slicks had the best price! I went back and got it done my car is driving so much better now! I’m still dealing with the state inspection but even in that they all patiently explained to me why that was happening so I have to go back but I feel I’m in the right hands!

Scam alert!! You should never go at this place to get your car fixed, they charge 85$ for diagnostic and what they find in diagnostic, they will inform you and whatever quote they give you is not worthy enough, because they keep call and tell they keep finding new issues and rip people off and make huge bills. I went there to get my car repaired i had engine light on so i told him yo get that done and i paid for it, i just drove my car a mile and engine light came back so i returned to the location and informed that engine light is still there, guy act to check and says this is new issue and it would be 80-100$ , i was like you the one yesterday open the car and fixed it how come new issue arise how come you didn’t check everything yesterday only, Not professional, no customer service, communication gaps and if you don’t want to get ripped then make better choice and don’t go here.

Edit:::Since his reply denies any relation to this business, i attached a screenshot of his reply to another review, for the same business, claiming ownership and the AC does work. He didn't mention the issue of letting the compressor needing to build up before it would work. The switch had to be on for a while before it blows cold air. I purchased a car from Sanad, THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS, and was told by him and his father that there were no issues. He immediately dropped the price down when I didn't ask for a discount. The heater had to be flushed to work at full capacity, meaning it didn't all work fine when he sold it to me like him and his father claimed. The check engine light came on 2 days after I bought it, and he was unwilling to fix it. It's an EVAP canister that my husband can fix easily, but he wanted to charge me $320 just for the part. A repair shop owner who sells cars but isn't willing to fix them even after I asked for a quote. They both made false claims about its condition and dropped the price without me asking, which to me indicates dishonest intentions at least. It was my mistake for trusting them, and now the repairs are my responsibility, but if I can help others avoid dishonest business practices, I'd like to help someone else not waste their time.

Got in an accident where the front end of my car was severely dented and could have led to further issues like leaks etc. I was about to get scammed into a cheap repair until we brought it here. Slick assessed the damage and and gave a real estimate for it. They got the body work and all the repairs done through insurance in 2 weeks and were very communicative and helpful. I went to this place to get detailing for my car and was charged $120 for the interior and exterior. After 2-3 hours of waiting I went to pick up my car and leave. To my surprise when I got home and checked the car I was in disbelief at the amount of dirtiness in the inside of the car. Please believe the reviews and STAY AWAY from this place. They'll rip you off!
