I was quoted $120 to replace the clutch master cylinder on my RX8. I told them it was easy but I was too fat to squeeze under the dash anymore. They called me that afternoon and said it was ready. They agreed that it was easier than they thought. Total bill, (I brought the part to them) $53. How may repair shops are that honest?

After leaving the dealership and being told it would cost $721 for my rear Discs Brakes and Pad, I googled Brake repair shops and up popped Ken's. Rosy and Ricky gave the best customer service and their price was very, very reasonable. I'll start taking my vehicle there for repairs instead of the dealership. I recommend you give them a try.

I've been to a lot of automotive shops and this one tops them all. From the first time going to Ken's everything was great. Ricky the shop mechanic was excellent and everything that was talked about was done and at a excellent price. Ken' will have my business as long as I drive a vehicle. And anyone I cross that needs auto repair I'll send then to see Ricky at Ken's automotive.

I had a blown head gasket. I didn't have all the money at once. They let me make a deposit and started working on my truck. When I got the rest I picked it up. They had my truck back on the road in two days and gave me a six month warranty. Awesome service!

I took my car to this location not even 2 months ago and paid almost $400 to have my front brakes repaired as well as my rotors turned. I live in fort Worth in this location is in Irving, so when I started having problems with my brakes after they did the brake job I contacted them to tell them that I'm having issues, they told me that nothing was wrong with my brakes another month goes by I still have problems with my brakes I drove up to the location yes two days ago and ask them if they could look at my brakes because they were squeaking the lady at the front desk advised me that they were full and that they could not help me. I left my telephone number and she told me that somebody would call me so I could schedule an appointment it's been 2 days and still no one has called me I do not recommend this place to anyone I should have taken my car to the dealership from the very beginning

DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME. READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AND THEY'RE ALL TRUE. DO NOT BE FULLED BY THEIR OLDER POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND THATS WHY THERE'S SO MANY RECENT BAD REVIEWS. My suggested time to come by for an alignment was 11am when i called 9am in the morning because there were 2 cars scheduled ahead of me. I arrived a little before 11am and was told there was 1 car still ahead of me but a alignment only takes approx. 30 minutes. ok so i decided to hang around and 2 hours later, I'm still waiting for my car to be worked on. So i decided to take a uber home since i was hungry and needed to use the rest room (their restrooms were out of order). They stated they would give me a call back but i didn't hear from them so I decided to follow up at 3pm. The person who picked up stated that they are still working on it and would give me a call once the car is ready. Then 15 minutes prior to 6pm and they close at 6 so i decided to come back to check on the car and what do you know.. my car is still sitting where i parked it and nothing has been done. The truth is honestly, my immediate reaction prior to coming back I was reading the reviews on how much of a nightmare it has been after the shop has worked on their vehicles that I'm sort of glad that they didn't touch my car. However, I just burned a whole Saturday because of this shop's games and I hope that no one else has to waste their time. this is just an assumption but it looks like they don't really care about the diversity in their customer. I could be wrong but it's just the energy i felt from them and it's very unfortunate because when I was inside the shop. I saw the history that this place had..You can tell that the previous owners really cared about the business and i even saw a old picture that this place used to be a Vandergriff shop. All i can say to end this review is I will never be coming back to this business ever again.

I left my car here for 3 hours to be checked for a noise around the tire. When i came back they let me know they had fixed something on the car i didn’t ask to be fixed nor did it have anything to do with what i originally brought it in for. They were trying to over charge me for what they did, which i knew didn’t cost as much as they were charging me. I was trying to make them understand i didn’t request what they fixed on the car but they didn’t want to admit they were wrong for that. They don’t seem transparent about their work which made me feel iffy about coming back which is i why i won’t be coming back here. I found another shop who was very transparent with prices, the services needed and the amount of time it would take. I recommend looking elsewhere for your car needs.

I have gotten some work done here before and received excellent service, I even referred my friend there to get his car brakes/tires fixed. But it’s unfortunate that this place has become a mess and I’m having to do this negative review which I almost never do. This guy sold me two tires that I’ve had to pump every single day. Came back there to get it checked, the man told me to come back in 2hours. Came back and the RUDE receptionist told me he’s gone somewhere and won’t be back until another 2 hours and that I should wait under the harsh sun. I even told her I was considering doing this negative review and she says it’s not her business. This is not the kind of experience anyone should be having with kens brakes and alignment. Sad experience. Never go there if you love yourself.

My car was a mess because a part came loose off my radiator fan and tore up my engine compartment. Broke all the fan blades off fan ,put a hole in radiator ,damaged wires cut radiator hoses, cut a/c hoses, I barely made it to the mechanic. Ricky and his team did a great job getting my car to run again. It runs great now and cools really well, better than before. They did this quickly at a very affordable price.. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my trailblazer!

Where do I even start! Toni and his crew always make everything happen for me. From getting me and new starter, brand new tires, and helping me find and install a new motor in my vehicle in a VERY timely manner! Don’t let those old comments prevent you from coming here. Bought car in for front end alignment and ABS light. (Was charged $190) On the front end alignment steering wheel was significantly off center after Alignment. Bought it back next day, and was told we needed suspension parts to fix it. Fortunately they refunded my alignment money $65, but would not have done that had I not gone back up there and complained. On the ABS light was charged $125 to install a $15 part. To top it all off mechanic left Greasy hand print on cloth interior of car. Also come to find out at another shop (Wills discount Tire shop and alignment on pioneer in Irving ) all my suspension parts were find, and they had the alignment done professionally and quickly $65. Proceed with caution, Pretty sure I will not be going back to this place of business.

Great Work I had the dealership told me I need it a Fuel pump in my volvo. I tow the vehicle from dealership to have Kens Auto install fuel pump because the price was half from the dealership. And they were honest and find out the issue was only a fuse. So I ended up paying only $80.00 vs $700. I extremely recommend for future work.

Absolutely DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! I took my truck to this shop to have a bad transmission serviced not an easy job but they should have been able to handle it, this was in the middle of July, 2 months later I still did not have a working truck, come to find out after i decided to have my truck towed outta the shop it’s missing the valuable metal from the catalytic converter and the gas tank is busted, mind you I drove a running truck to the shop to be repaired and towed home a junker. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Last Saturday I went to the shop spoke with the owner he shook my hand said I just need 2 more days. To shake a man’s hand and still lie in my book is the worst of the worst.

Not a trustworthy shop. Never coming back here. I brought in my q50 a few months back for an alignment. The mechanic told me that my rack & pinion is severely damaged and would break at any moment. He said "I can't let you drive this car, it would be on my conscious if something happened to you" yeaaaaaah right. I then went on a search for a rack & pinion, I found one for $500. I then paid a mobile mechanic to come install the new part and upon the removal of my rack & pinion, turns out it was perfectly fine!!! The inner and outer tie rod were slightly bent. I'm now out $800 bc this so called trusty mechanic put me in a panic!!!!! I'm so disappointed.

asked to look at alignment and they scratched bottom of my bumper. when i politely called about it they lied and denied it. i wasnt going to ask for money or anything just wanted to see if they would do right thing at leaset acknowledge your mistake. dont go here if u love your car

BAD EXPERIENCE. DONT GO HERE. got an alignment and paid 150 dollars for it. The dint end up doing an alignment and they left the car worse then it was before and we tried to go back and the dint want to fix it nor give us our money back. No vengan aquí. Muy mal servicio.
