Super satisfied with our experience! Neal with a deal killed it! He greeted us at the door with a wonderful personality. Right when walking in Neal was organized and ready to go. With us picky buyers he was willing to make sure I got the car I wanted. Best thing is he really listened to His customers! I really appreciated that! I would do zero stars if it was an option 😂 first of all when I first wanted the car they advertised the KARR security system and told me if I added it I could track my car and this and that. Turns out I didn’t even get that and I got my car in November it’s ALMOST MARCH and I still am working on the tracking system. Anyways today I needed service done and I told them my tire pressure was low and kept saying it was low and well my tires popped on the HIGHWAY on the way to pick up my son. I called them and told them and he said all he can do is offer an apology????! That’s unacceptable!!! OUT OF ALL THE DAYS MY TIRES DECIDE TO POP TODAY? Not one but two? oh and he said he could see it in the pictures from when I brought it in and YET I was NOT notified. I could’ve caused a bad accident on the highway, I could’ve DIED on the way to get my son and yet all I get is an I’m sorry? And he quoted $419 for two tires and install ??? idk yall must be on crack.

Purchased a used Toyota Avalon. The vehicle is awesome. The experience was not. The staff is nice. Which is to be expected. Your there to either make a large cash purchase, or make a multi year financial commitment with interest. I'm not impressed by nice! After finalizing everything I never received any copies of the things I signed nor where they emailed to me. I know I confirmed my address multiple times! I was also told that some security app feature costing about 2 grand was mandatory despite it not being included in the out the door price. Long story short I never tried to negotiate the price because I thought the sticker price was fair. Being scammed into thinking the darn car wouldn't start unless I paid for the subscription to some crap security app that costs 2 Grand isn't cool. The App doesn't work. If I scammed somebody I wouldn't send them the receipts either. I've heard of paperless but not even an email. At least I love the car. I'm taking that norm reeves crap off my license plate immediately.

I purchased my first car in 2011 I purchased the second car 2021 (when this dealership was Freeman Mazda) Sep 2025 I purchased my 3rd car now Norm Reeves Hyundai Irving why I keep coming back you may ask? *Only disappointment while in finances* When I came home I looked at my paperwork I realized the Apr% was like 8% more than what I was expecting. *I advise you don't let this happen to you * I got distracted I was so excited to process the paperwork I was ready to go home with my new car, I signed to many papers, I was getting tired I missed it. Customer service is excellent ✨ I appreciate the way they treat me, this time I feel in love with the display car had 7 miles only, I have ask if I can test drive Stephanie says- sure! Got it out of the showroom and I drove 2 miles and purchased it. Also service department rock! Angela, Bryan are great Go check them out!

Have bought 2 vehicles from here, don’t have any complaints about the car buying experience that I recall. My biggest piece of advice is DO NOT buy any service plan/maintenance plan/service warranty whatever they refer to it as. There 2 reasons for this. The communication is absolutely horrendous, I’ve brought both vehicles I bought here to be service (due to paying for the maintenance plan or whatever they refer to it as) and each time my vehicle is kept until the next day with me calling for an update the following day and receiving nothing. Either I’m left on hold, told I will receive a call back, or just get no response at all. Even bigger reason is there is a good chance I paid for a window seal repair that led to a bigger damage caused on their end which I will explain in detail. The passenger side rearmost window or quarter window as I learned it is referred to on my 2020 Palisade started having issues with a corner letting in air and water. I took it to the dealership, they told me they just need to reapply the seal, cost $300-$400. I agreed to the service, work was completed. 2-3 weeks later, started having issues with the window again, air was coming and window was budging and moving too easily. Too it in, apparently the brackets that hold the window in place were broken, took to an auto glass repair shop and the person who worked on it showed me what the damage was and explained the last person who worked on this window damaged it and applied the seal to the window incorrectly. The service center at this dealership was the last and only place I had the window worked on, and they were the ones who reapplied the seal. All in all, paid $300-$400 for a repair just to have to have to spend another $1,200 a few weeks later to have the window replaced because there’s a good chance poor/negligent work was performed on my vehicle.

My wife and I just purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Daniel Odukwe at Norm Reeves, and the experience couldn't have been any better. We arrived at our scheduled time and Daniel came out to warmly greet us in the parking lot. He already had the new car parked closer to the building so we could inspect it as he thoroughly described and demonstrated all the features. His manager examined our trade-in as we went for a test drive and was ready with our offer when we returned. We agreed to terms and met with the nicest finance guys as the car was being detailed. Once the car was detailed, Daniel brought it over with a big red bow and parked it right next to our trade-in so we could easily transfer our stuff as he installed our license plates for us. He even helped us take pictures to memorialize the event. The whole experience was top notch and we truly felt like a valued customer the entire time. Purchasing a car is a big decision and can be intimidating for many people. It makes the experience so much better when you can work with someone who understands this and goes the extra mile. Daniel did a fantastic job and really made it feel like a special event for us.

This is a great place to buy a car! My sales rep Kero, the manager Steve and Li in financing all took great care of me. I had had a terrible experience at a different Hyundai dealership in Waco earlier that day, and everyone at Norm Reeves went out of their way to make sure my day ended on a good note. These gentlemen - and I do mean GENTLEMEN- are the best! I recently traded my 2023 Santa Fe in and I have to say, I really love my “newer” 2023 Santa Fe with much fewer miles than my trade in… you read that right.. I purchased the exact same car (but in a lovely shade of blue this time!). I inquired about a different car through a website, of and Juan immediately responded asking how I preferred to be contacted and respected my wishes- so I bought a car from him. You’re welcome Juan, it was wonderful working with you on this project! Posh service from a lovely Englishman named Steve - he serves as the fearless leader of this merry band of car sales people.. **Edited for 3 weeks after. I already got my plates. Expecting Registration Sticker soon. I got an email from Finance and set up my payment account, no payment till late October :) I was able to plug in my music MP3s with a simple thumb drive and USB C adaptor which I prefer over Android Auto or Carplay although the Santa Fe has both. My tools also fit nicely in rear trunk compartment. My salesperson truly cared and got the floor mats I needed too. Love my new Sante Fe. I had a positive experience with the staff and Sales Manager. I also plan to get all my service here too because I got a good deal and was treated right. Good atmosphere and great selection.

Rating: 0/ 5 I am beyond disappointed with the level of service at Norm Reeves Hyundai Irving. This was my 4th or 5th visit, and it has become clear that they cannot fix an issue in a single appointment. I brought my car in specifically for a persistent noise coming from the right window. I mentioned this over 20 times, provided a written note, and explicitly asked for it to be resolved. Despite my car being in their possession for Two days, I picked it up only to find the noise is still exactly the same. It feels as though the vehicle wasn't even touched, despite being told the issue was "fixed." As a customer, I have work commitments and personal responsibilities. I schedule appointments and set aside my time with the expectation of professional competence. Instead, I’ve wasted time and money on a prepaid service that wasn't actually performed. To the management: Please stop telling customers you’ve fixed a problem when you haven’t. It is incredibly frustrating to drive a car that still has the same irritating faults I paid you to repair. For my next visit, I will be documenting everything to ensure accountability. I am completely unsatisfied with this experience.
