I can’t believe there are so many positive reviews! This place is HORRIBLE! I expected a Toyota collision center to be more professional then they were and I can’t believe this is a Toyota collision center! I wouldn’t have my name attached to this location. These people DON’T return phone calls and DON’T communicate to their customers. You have to call to check the status of your vehicle and good luck getting a hold of someone to speak to or having your phone calls returned! That’s their job and they don’t do their job! I love Toyota vehicles, however, this collision center needs to take customer service skills and people skill classes and have a complete makeover of the people that currently work here. Toyota cars are solid, but the people here are NOT! Do NOT bring your car here! I had things taken out of my car and wouldn’t do anything about it. They don’t care about their customer’s and only want your money. Find another collision center and don’t waste your time, money or frustrations on bringing your car here!!

I was scheduled to drop off my car on May 9. I called to come in before my initial drop off because I found out I did not have rental car coverage on my policy. I spoke with Jesse. I was hoping coming in early we could get the ball rolling to have my car in the shop for as short a time as possible. Jesse understood this. He said everything should be done on May 23. Then he told me everything should be done by May 25 because they were waiting on a part. I called twice last week May 22-26 to check on the progress and my call was never returned. I called Monday May 29, I was told it would be probably until Thursday. I was really hoping this would be a smooth and pleasant experience and it has turned in to anything but. Communication was great at the beginning and has all but dropped off. I have now had a rental car for 20 days and counting. I now understand why so many people hate dealing with dealers and shops. Very frustrating.

We had a wonderful experience from contacting him on day one through he handed the key back to us when the job has been done. He takes care of us with great professionalism and courtesy. These people refused to work on our car after an accident because they didn't want to work with the at fault drivers insurance company..........Huh?..........That is a major part of the business your in! Don't waste your time or money here. Go to a smaller, highly rated collision center in the area where they will take care of you and your vehicle.

I was very pleased with the customer service and work from the Toyota of Irving collision repair staff. Amber was the person that scheduled my appointment to take in my car for repair. She was very nice and understanding with getting me scheduled to drop off my vehicle for repair. When I arrived I was helped by an employee by the name of Alec which directed me to the friendly receptionist Jennifer. They really helped me feel at ease. The made the entire process very easy. Within minutes of checking in I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Abimael who explained the process of what to expect and directed me to the person to whom would be handling my car repair process. Jesse was very detailed and kept me informed on the status of my car. The entire process was very fast and I was able to get my car fixed within a reasonable amount of time. All in all I highly recommend Toyota of Irving collision repair center to all everyone. Their customer service is amazing!!!!

Customer service was second to none! Made me feel valued, kept me well-informed during my time of my car getting repairs completed, Bernard was another key person in taking statement, observing during his audit and making assessments as to what was needed. The communication between their representatives, the car rental place, Enterprise, and my insurance carrier, USAA, was very smooth. The car ride feels even better since I have gotten my vehicle back, and still no issues to report. Job well done, from customer service representatives, the auditor, as well as the mechanics! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE unless you want to wait for months to get them fixed despite your insurance’s authorization & approval. Your parts won’t come in for 3+ weeks. They don’t do thorough inspections and they keep going back and forth with your insurance. And if you’re a woman they talk to you like you don’t know anything about cars. Their tones and attitudes changed when my man joined the conversation. I have been driving toyota my whole life, but you can’t trust them. I won’t go to any toyotas anymore. Local auto shops can do much better job in no time.

I was recently in a collision and looking for a collision center. I happened to stumble upon Toyota of irving. On my visit I learned, not all Toyota dealers have an actual Toyota body shop. I also learned, not all Toyota body shops are certified by the Toyota manufacture After looking around I made my choice and entrusted my baby with Toyota of irving. Bernard the collision advisor was very knowledgeable and professional. Bernard did a great job meticulously reviewing my vehicle in order to restore it to pre-accident condition. Micheal the body tech also did and amazing job restoring my vehicle. Toyota of irving collision center went above and beyond the call of duty, in order to take care of me and my vehicle. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for collision repair services.

The communication between the shop and the customer could be improved. I would go days without an update. Took almost a month to finish mt car but they could've been short staff or dealinf with the holiday schedule and people taking off. I wasn't upset just wish the communication was better on providing updates. No complaints on my car. They fixed it up and made it look great like it did before i was hit.

A job well done! I left a survey, but I feel strongly enough about the excellent job done to provide a Google review, while I'm at it to give the credit this shop very much deserves more of! They went the extra mile to replace the cluster lens that was scratched badly, prior to the accident, and the front looks as if I just bought it new from the Honda dealership three years ago! The car has also been cleaned up with such care, and I thank Bernard and his wonderful staff at Toyota of Irving Collision Center for making all of this possible! I had excellent service with Jesse Gutierrez. My life gate on my Toyota Sienna was not working. They could not fix it over on the Service Department. They sent me over to the Collision Center. I was supposed to wait 2 hours but Jesse had me fixed up within 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend them for auto body repairs in the future.

Avoid taking your car here. These guys are scam artists.They show you an invoice for parts they ordered and will bill your insurance accordingly but it’s only on paper. I had a small vertical fracture on my car’s bumper and the advisor told me the entire bumper needed to be replaced. When my car was returned, I noticed a scrape that I had caused by rubbing a curb a year before still on the “new” bumper. I suspect they used a filler on the crack and repainted the original bumper. Their work is also second rate as the door they replaced gives highly annoying sound of wind in the cabin and the tint they put on has a finger near the top of the window where they didn’t shrink it properly. Won’t be coming back here ever.

I had an amazing experience here. The process of fixing my car forever but the patients and understanding Collin had is what kept the experience manageable. Through no fault of the Collison center we had to go about replacing the entire driver door twice and the process was debilitating b8t again Collin was super understanding and was willing to work with me every step of the way. Collin would always go the extra mile in making sure that I was comfortable with the situation and made sure that I would have a vehicle while mine was being fixed. All in all Collin was amazing and deserves all the praise!!

Save yourself a headache and have your car repairs done at a different shop! Took 5 weeks for repairs and the car wasn’t even painted correctly, loose trim pieces everywhere and loose front bumper now I have to pay a different shop to have the car repainted!

In October 2020, I was involved in an accident and my insurance sent me here for repairs. The car was repaired and I got it back in early December if I am not mistaken.In January 2021 a light came on the dashboard for an issue with the seatbelt at the back seat behind the passenger’s seat.The car would make noise and I took it back to check what was wrong. The gentleman who was in charge of the repairs (I will not mention his name here for his privacy) took it and fixed the seatbelt issue.Fast forward to March 2023,my wife was hit at the rear right side where I was hit in 2020 and Toyota Family Burleson referred us to a nearby collision center they work with. Once the collision center started the work,they discovered that the parts replaced were glued instead of being welded hence why the car had started to have cracks.He suggested that we contact them and let them know about the findings and he promised to come and show them how what they did was incorrect. We reached to the Toyota Irving Collision center,but the only thing they did was to deny any wrongdoing and ignoring us. Since the Statute of limitations was in their favor,there was nothing we could do against them. If you are having your car repaired at this place,make sure whoever is in charge proves you that they did the job as it should be done and ask for repairs pictures because if you can’t see the inside of the car (in our case),you will not be able to see if they did good repairs or not. My car still has the seatbelt issue and the cracks at the repairs area are growing bigger. It is very unfortunate and hurtful that they did this to us,but I hope that this review will help you the readers. You deserve a zero rating,unfortunately it doesn’t exist!

I have been coming to Toyota of Irving for about ten years now. I recently was in an accident which left my back panel very damaged. I knew that I wanted to take my car to Toyota of Irving Collision Center since I knew they would do a great job. Everyone there was accommodating, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me with any questions I had. They updated me twice a week through email with the status of my repairs. Ryan Gould was the repair specialist for my car and helped me through this process, since I have never had to get repairs to this extent before. He took care of communicating with the insurance company to get all the parts needed. If you need a repair shop for your car, choose Toyota of Irving Collision Center!

Very disappointed with getting an estimate on my vehicle. The advisor Kevin asked me if my car was a salvage title. Then wrote me an estimate and said it was a total loss and that they weren't able to work on it. I took my car to another local shop and got an estimate for half the price and it finished in 3 days.
