Best mechanic work done very very quick and job done correctly. I brought in my Ford Connect and I took it to someone prior to taking it to them due to a transmission leak. Come to find out that my prior mechanic did a bad job and installed a axle that had a smaller diameter and that’s why it was leaking. They got it done right and properly! Will go back! See you soon

I have been going to Alonzos for over five years now. I went there today for 4 tires for my truck since they were all dry rotted out. I was not disappointed. 4 very good used tires at an extremely good price. Very nice tires, exceptional tread left, and even though I have a used tire shop in harrah much closer to me, I only trust Alonzo. I've never had an issue.

Warning! I hesitated to post this because I know how reviews can affect the business. But is important because I chose this business based on its good reviews. I brought my daughter's car on a Friday they got to it the next day. I'm extremely busy with work and was thankful it was ready so quickly. The bill was $375. I asked them what for he said it was a disconnected wire. At the time I did not have time to question the bill I was just glad it was done . When I got home I thought that's really weird they connected some wires and charged me $375 maybe there was a part involved. About 10 days later my daughter's car started shaking and doing the same thing again as we had brought it in for. Since it was under warranty I brought it back. He had the car for 5 days and a friend of mine who is a man called for me. I will say the explanations they gave me did not make sense. I'm actually pretty well educated in cars but again I was super busy. I asked him to call because I felt like his explanations were vague. He asked why it was taking so long for the car and that he was told it was on the waiting list. He said that is unacceptable you've had the car for 5 Days please get it fixed it's under warranty we need the car. The next day he called me and said I needed two parts that were $60 a piece and he would just charge me for the parts which would be $120 and it would be ready at 1:00. I asked him you had the car 10 days ago it was doing the same thing. He told me that the parts deteriorated. I said in 10 days I paid $375 and it's doing the same thing. He said the computer system didn't pick it up. I arrived after 4:00 when he said it would be ready at 1, the hood of my daughter's car was open and loose wires were hanging out. I asked him what was going on? He said oh I have to put this harness on, the other one didn't fit it won't take but a minute. I waited while he did that and then he cashed me out and told me it would be $225. He said I have to charge you for that extra harness it needed that part. At this point I just wanted to get out of there and paid it. We got home and woke up in the morning and there was a large oil leak in our driveway. One of my employees got under there and said that the screw for the oil pan had been loosened to the point where it was almost going to fall off and there was oil leaking out. I really do believe that these people are doing the oldest trick in the book. first of all being charged that much money for a loose wire that was the first red flag. I did not want to bring the car back but because it was under warranty I did so big mistake. Then having him have it for five more days and then apparently spending an hour putting on a part in literally 10 minutes putting on the harness cost me another $225. I honestly believe they loosened the oil screw to have us return once again. My daughter called him crying before we knew the screw had been loosened asking him why would her oil be leaking So bad. They did nothing involving the oil? He apologized and said she could bring it in again and he would look at it and diagnose it again. Thankfully someone else looked at it and found the loosen screw. I am a woman and my daughter I really do feel like they took extra advantage because we were women. I will never go to this mechanic again and I strongly advise against anybody else going to them. I really do feel like this is a dishonest place.

These people are horrible. I took my car in because it was shaking. They corrected a faulty wire for 275 dollars. 2 weeks later my car wouldn’t start. I had a warranty so I took it back. They said they found something new and charged me for parts. Held it for an entire week and I spent another 250 dollars, just for parts. Just got my cat back yesterday evening and now I have a massive oil leak. These people take advantage of women who do not know much about vehicles. They do more damage than good, and they overcharge for parts. Do not recommend, what a stressful and horrible experience.
