A few months back, my daughter was in school across the street at Dallas College. My son and I had replaced the radiator on their car the weekend before but it seems I had not seated one of the hose clamps for the transmission cooler lines and it was leaking trans fluid. She was stuck, an hour and a half away from home, and with no one to get to her for a few hours. I found Irving Auto Station on the map and told her to call or run over there and ask if someone could look at it. I was pretty sure it only needed fluid, but it wouldn't move so, she called and they were very busy. The gentleman said he might be able to look at it in half an hour or so, so she went over there and talked with him. He walked over to the college with her, looked at it, ran back to the shop and got a few tools and some fluid, came back to the college and repaired the hose clamp and added fluid for her then had her drive over to his shop to check everything underneath and ensure there were no other issues and to top off the fluid. Over the top service!!! Then to top it off, he charged her a VERY fair price for all that he had done so close to the end of the day. It's hard to find good honest people these days and Irving is blessed to have a shop they can trust in their community! 10 out of 10, go give them a try!
