DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!! Wills Discount Tire are the new owners and They are a scam! I took my car in for a repair and they took $580 of mine and told me after that my motor was bad.

They checked out a car i was planning to buy to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. They were able to get to it immediately and worked very fast. But with how quickly they checked it I feel that it would have been difficult to do a very thorough check up

Really not satisfied. They didn't listen to the issues that I wanted them to look at - they interrupted me and didn't make correct notes. Then the receipt I got did not list what I asked for. They wanted to close down for the holidays. I paid for work that didn't need to be done - I know that if I talked to them about this, they'd just blow me off - it's happened before. I guess they think I don't know anything about cars though I've rebuilt 2 engines and done much other work on my own cars before. I just don't have time to repair everything now and want a professional's opinion - but didn't get it. They apply cookie cutter knowledge and not reasoning. This was a waste of my time and money. Even worse, I don't think they care. So I went somewhere else and paid again for repairs where they really listened, took notes and worked on the problem - Coppell Tire & Auto. I highly recommend them and have absolutely no affiliation with them other than a 12 plus year customer (A&F was convenient, but useless).

The team at A&F Auto Services did an outstanding job on my car's brakes. I dropped the car off at 8am and by 815am received a call back diagnosing what they believed the issue to be. By 930am they called and said my car was ready to be picked up. Talk about fast service! And even better, their prices are very reasonable, much less than a large dealership with tons of overhead. My car's brakes are working great now! I'll be back for sure.

***WARNING*** Hey guys, make sure to check that your wheels are secured on good before you leave this shop. Or else this will happen. This man "Will" is trash. Do not pay him a dime before the work is done. That goes for all of "Wills tire shop" around Irving TX. He (Will) has lazy & careless people working for him. As well as Will(the owner) not carrying for your property. I would sue this man if I knew who to talk to. He put my life in jeopardy. Luckily no one was hurt or injured. Now I'm afraid to go to any tire shop. A simple switch of rims turned into a month of agony. Money lost & never 100% fixed. This terrible person tried to blame me & say it was my fault. Which is a ridiculous thing to say. How is it that I've had my rims switched twice (at other shops) & coincidently when i leave his(Will) shop, not even a mile away, my rear wheel rolls off & has my car dragging all over the pavement. I had to pay for a tow truck service to pick it up.(which was also not reimbursed) And it does not stop there. All while this is happening, I also paid for an old rim to be fixed because one of the workers said it was possible to fix, when other shops said it wasnt fixable. I, not knowing any better, since this is not my department of work trusted this man (a worker) at Will's tire shop. And paid $100 for the rim to be fixed. Before doing so, I spoke with Will(the owner) to check to see if it was really possible to fix the rim. And he (Will) says, "yes, and if we cant fix it, we will just give you the money back." Ok. Sounds great. Until my wheel rolls of my car, damaging it horribly. I return to pick up the rim that was supposedly fixed, turns out they fixed the wrong rim that needed no fixing whatsoever. I return back to get the proper rim fixed, a few days later I go to pick up my car & my rim that they were suppose to be getting fixed. My car ends up having a busted tail light and the rim is unfixed. & I turn to Will (the owner) to ask for my reimbursement & he tells me, "no, ive spent too much on your car already." And walks away. But tell me, how is that my fault. I paid for a service. A service that was not met. 0/5 Stars
