I have been going here on and off for a couple years, usually to have some nasic work done like oil changes, brakes and shocks, etc. So I bring my Escalade there and tell him I need new rear shocks, but I want him to uae the OEM parts from the dealer. So he orders them and a few days later he puts them on my car. At the time he replaced them I noticed that my shocks still had a lot of sway. I didnt say anything because I new I needed front ahocks as well. About a month later, I had my vehicle at another shop to fix some problems with my engine, and thats when the mechanic ask me why I had cheap shocks on my car. He said that the rear shocks were a cheap knock off brand called Arnaults and that they cost about 200 bucks a piece. I called autozone and Oreilly and they told me that the best Arnault brand for my car costs 220 dollars.I also went online and looked up the Arnault brand and the best shock that they carried for my car costs about 200 dollars. The next day I go to GTO to ask Ricardo why he put these cheap shocks on my car. He looked at them and verified that they were Arnaults, but said that Autozone charged him 1100 for those shocks. Keep in mind that GTO charged ne 630 per shock along with labor charges for a total of 1555. I told him that I called autozone and also looked the shocks up online and did not find any for that price. I dont know why he ordered them from Autozone when I initially requested they be from the dealership. This was the first clue that he ripped me off. So he gives me some song and dance about calling autozone to see what happened. So he calls me a few days later and says that autozone would switch them out with another more expensive brand. I was gonna let him switch them out but the day I was suppose to bring my car in it was stolen. So naturally I call Ricardo at GTO and let him know that my car was stolen and requested a refund for the difference of the cheap shocks he put on my car, and said he could return the expensive ones to Autozone. So a week goes by and he never calls me back, so I call him and he says that Autozone said there was nothing they could do. When I asked him for a copy of the receipt from Autozone so I could call them myself, he refused to give it to me. Thats when I new he was lying and never talked to them. When I asked him what he planned to do he said there was nothing he could do and he wasnt gonna refund my money. Ricardo is a totally dishonest and unprofessional mechanic. I am in the proceas of filing a lawsuit against against him as well as reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. I would advise anyone who has had work done by him to have the work and parts checked by a qualified mechanic. I'm sure he has been cheating all of his customers. And if you need work done on your vehicle, save yourself some time and money and do not go to GTO for anything. He obviously thinks that I'm not gonna puraue this, but hes sadly mistaken. I will post another review after I win my case. I hope this helps some people out there who are looking for a good trustworthy place to get their car fixed...trust me this is not the place.

Went there for transmission service. And they called me and told me my starter is gone. I drove it to there. And never had problem except on cold mornings . Got new starter and battery. And the transmission job done was done so well my car was leaking transmission in a week. I took it there and they told me it’s leaking from some where else. 😂😂

Worst place. Avoid getting ripped off. Went there to fix a puncture in a tire. After some time of struggling to get the plug in, the guy made a second hole instead of fixing the first one. Came to me and said that was the original hole and he did not make any new one. Also told me he could not fix the tire and I had to get a new one for 70 bucks. Paid for to get the spares on and called the guy who sold me the tire, went to his place and got both the holes fixed. He also showed me the two hole, one bigger one which GTO made intentionally to sell me another tire. On top of that later I happen to know they also messed the threads in the bolts so had to get new bolts as well. Avoid the place at all costs.

I am really against abusive practices and opportunists, and this just had to be known. Stopped by on Saturday morning to have a tire repair after I heard a hissing comming from my front tire. To my surprise all they said they do is plug tires, which everyone knows is a temporary fix only and not really recommended. What floored me is their price.NINE bucks he says! 9 Dollars for something all places charge 3 to 4 Dollars max for. A patch costs from 5 to 10 all day long anywhere else! What a rip-off. Read some reviews and concluded they may be "hard working" yet not too honest in my book. Opportunists, plain and simple. Not even a mile up the road there are many more mechanic shops that will not abuse or gouge you.

Place use to be a great place to take my cars for oil changes but noticed they didn't put in enough oil in one if them. Thought it was a fluke the first time but it happened again. I'd check your oil dipstick if I were you.

I always went to this place but they always over charge. This time I went in for a problem with a noise that my car was making while driving. I dropped off my car and they said it was coming from a leak in my transmission and charged me $427 only to find that my car still had that problem after paying that price. I dropped it off the same day again and told them to drive my car and check out the noise. They said it was the belt and charged me $90. I went back after 2 days to pick up my car and I paid that as well and my car still had the same problem. I went back the same day and dropped off my car and they tell me that its gonna be $760 again cause there’s a misfire while I already spent over $500 to still have the same problem with my car that I initially came in with. This is ridiculous. Never going back again.

I went for the oil change. At first they told me 30$ but i had to wait 1 hour cause they ordered the oil from somewhere else and needed to pay 65$. Also i went for the alignment they change a part of wheel cost around 150. Upto 1 week it was fine but after a week all the wheel they started to move cause they had no idea to did that properly. Amateur people. Just be aware......

Worst experience ever. I didn't have any issue with my car just little sounds but when I took my car and let them fix, they messed up my car. They damag another part. When i start my car inside their own parking my car's wheel holder broke down and they charged me $700 later. And they beoke my sensor and i asked them to fix it because they themselves broke it. But they didn't fix it. They told me that it was damaged when they tried to fix car and it was not thier intention. They messed up with my car and still charged total of $900. Will never go here and i suggest everyone not to go here. Worst place.

Literally the best, most dependable service out there! I drive all from Arlington to this place and it is totally worth it! I’ve been a customer since I lived in Irving back in 2014! Moved to Arlington in 2017, tried damn near every mechanic in Arlington and no one came close to the great customer service I receive here every time. Additionally, they’re work is guaranteed; that being said I’ve never had to go back for the same issue twice! These guys get it right the 1st time always! Furthermore they are great about communicating and giving detailed explanations on vehicle diagnostic, options to fix any issue , and proper maintenance!

they Customer service is 0 to none. Got there for an alignment. they tell me to wait 15-20 minutes within 30 minutes. more cars pull in front of me when it asks how much longer I have to wait. they say don't know. you can either wait or come back other time. So I left. I was asking how much time I wasn't rushing anybody!

Reasonable price for oil change. I was in and out. I thought I had issues with breaks and rotors. When they checked ,they told me I did not need any at the time. They didn't take a tire off to check so I don't feel confident they were being accurate. But I will get a 2nd opinion.

The one who has blonde hair the person is very rude and he took the stuff from my car and he didn’t return to me and I didn’t asked him to install my previous lights in free. I said im gonna pay for your service. Technically he’s thief. When I ask him to return my stuff he said that he threw it away, he trashed it. Also he said that do whatever you want call whoever you want. Very poor, get a life bro.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, AVOID AT ALL COST Previous visit seemed OK so I went there again to do an oil change. Since the car is rare I asked the guy if they have a filter for it, he looked it up and said they do. I was looking at the tech. Simply curious. He took the old filter out and stopped. I'm like, umm, weird, next he got upstairs and started doing other stuff. Then the other guy comes over and starts talking to me, "Is it the one with the engine in the back?" I'm like wth? I look back down and the filter is gone, I wasn't sure but started suspecting that they didn't chnge the filter and just tried to distract me so I'm not looking. After the service I asked for the old filter. He brought me one that looked similar and started explaining that they use aftermarket parts, not OEM because OEM is expensive. I paid $50, said thank you and went straight to O'reilly afterwards. Bought a new filter and lo and behold, turns out the one he gave me a filter from a different car. I went to a different shop and changed the oil AGAIN for $15 cheaper and got the old filter which was original TOYOTA filter with dirt in between the fins. Most likely I got scammed because they didn't have it in stock, didn't want to run to a store or because it costs whooping $12. Attached pics too. Choice is yours. I'll never go there again. Didn't even go back to argue, all I would get was lies like before.
