I had a great experience at magic import and there's a mechanic his name is Arking .If you need anything then he's the man he is the best mechanic I've ever met he will fix your car in a second I strongly advise that if you have any problems that you go to our King because he fixed my Truck and I'm very happy with him I'm very happy with the whole a magic import so if you need anything done you need to go to magic import and ask for Arking.

I just took my wife's 2006 Nissan Altima there for no AC and to replace a couple of other components. They diagnosed the AC issue and had the car completed within about 3 hours. Very reasonably priced and very nice people. I highly recommend this place.

The guy artkin is a nightmare. He did me wrong . Please don’t trust him . He mess up my truck very bad he suppose change my fuel pump had my truck smelling Gus do that he cut pipe then he made a huge hole under my back seat. Then he disappeared on me without a refund.. you can look at my truck pics..

This place used to be my place to take all my cars. This last time I took my BMW in because it has some issues with m turbo. I noticed they did not have the same mechanic so i asked him if he had worked with BMW before he told me he did and that he had a BMW that he build back on his own which i find out later it was a lie from another mechanic. They changed my Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator. From there I had to take it to another shop because they couldn't work on my transmission because they said they did not have the right tools. transmission was fixed and when I took the car the car had no power. Find out the wastegate was not calibrated from magic imports. i called the mechanic and they told me that it did not have to be calibrated and then he said that they did do it and at the end they told me that they would call back when they didn't have to much work to fix my car. haven't received a call yet. my car was with them for a month and car came out the same. will never recommend this place again.

This is not against the owner she is wonderful but her mechanic Arking is the absolute worst! I took my 2018 Mini Cooper in for an oil change and replace brake pads. He only changed the front brakes and told me when I picked my car up that the light was only on because he needed to reset my computer. The brake pads do need to be replaced if he checked the computer in my car it clearly says that. Then he told me he didn't replace them because he didn't know what my budget was?!? I drive a Mini Cooper!!!! If brake pads need to be replaced then they need to be replaced. My safety does not have a price. I clearly told him when I dropped my car off to replace any pad that needed to. He even messed up my oil change! You're a mechanic who doesn't even know they basics like changing oil??? How do you have a job??? How were you ever certified?!?!? He did the work on Friday and Sunday I got a warning light that i am at the minimum level of oil. I get home and my parking spot is covered in oil. This is completely unacceptable! If damage was done to my engine due to the sketch job done during g my oil change i will be suing for damages!!!!! I can't speak for the other mechanics and I do not blame the owner to my understanding he hasn't been there long. Hopefully after this he will no longer be employed there. Cars are peoples lifelines! We need them to survive and it's a huge financial investment. To have damage done during a very basic oil change and changing brake pads shows complete incompetence and lack of work ethic. Do NOT let Arking work on your car. Not to change a light bulb or oil. He will mess it up, make excuses and cause damage to your vehicle and cost you more money in the long run. Save yourself a headache and extra cost of repairs. There are 2 great mechanics just on the other side of loop 12!
