The name is Jake not the one from State Farm either ..he is at Kwik Kar Irving location. Felipe can see through your engine with those glasses. These guys mean business and handle it well . I know we may want the simple service we asked for but these guys do nothing short or shiesty. My daughter just moved in the area and I’m glad I found a place she can trust as a young lady. Maria is holding the fort down with a smile and great communication. 5 star location . Thanks!

I've been having services done to my vehicles at this location for many years. Always feel welcome, respected, and treated like a smart enough individual when it comes to understanding explanations of what's done in the visit. The, I'd say, conservative waiting area is plenty. Since services are finished pretty quick. Love it here and hope to visit for many more years to come.

I've used lots of oil change places over many many years. And I was always fond of the Valvoline franchise up until my last 3 times at 3 different of their locations where each ignored my oil weight preference I am switching to this Kwik kar location for all my future business. The folks are friendly, do a good job with 0 issues of any kind. My truck is my work truck and I depend on it 1500+ miles a week. Kwik kars attentiveness has gained my trust.

This is a revised review from a review I posted a couple of months ago. I have had hit or miss service from this location for awhile now, more miss than hit, and I was skeptical about going to them today, but it was only for an emissions inspection, so I thought "what the heck". Well to my amazement, I was happily surprised !!! I don't know if this location has changed ownership or what, but the service was outstanding. Everyone there was very helpful and patient with me. I'm an older gentleman and I'm hard of hearing, so it makes communicating a struggle at times. But from the manager, Maria, to the shop technicians, everyone was very helpful and patient with me. They performed there duties with the upmost professionalism and competence. Everything was explained to me adequately so I could understand it completely. I would recommend everyone to try this place out now for all your car needs, and I think it will become your "go to place".

The staff was so helpful and courteous! I went by three other places including another Kwik kar closer to my home and they all denied my request for an inspection. They all asked me to come back “tomorrow” I arrived to all of them within more than 2 hours before closing and I know that is asking a lot although not one of them had more than 2 cars in their bay for oil changes. These guys had 2 cars took me and 2 more cars after me! These guys were there to work! I appreciate and am grateful for this particular Kwik Kar! Thank you again guys!

Great service today from these folks. Got an oil change and brake fluid flush as the test said it needed it. What I didn’t get was unnecessary additions. This is an old car that’s driven locally so I appreciate someone looking after it as much as I do. The staff is great also!
