Honestly, I always enjoy bringing my car to the Norm Reeves Mazda service center. The entire staff is outstanding, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. You truly get nothing but the best here. I also really appreciate the follow-up texts after service, it’s a small detail that makes a big difference and shows they genuinely care. I wish I could remember everyone’s names (my apologies!), but every person I’ve interacted with has been warm, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommend this location for top-notch service.

Most dishonest management team I believe I've ever had to deal with. They never delivered on replacing damaged trim with new trim, on a brand new vehicle as agreed to at the time of purchase. Instead they did a poor job of patching existing trim, next they pulled a bait and switch by swapping out the trim with another vehicle after I complained (good luck to whoever bought that one), and they've since just continued to lie and post deceitful online responses to honest feedback/reviews. Good riddance little Trenton Boe and team at Norm Reeves Mazda of Irving. I've already given you multiple opportunities to "do the right thing" but you just can't seem to deliver. Unfortunately... I've since moved my business to Hiley Mazda of Hurst, and could not be happier with the service provided. I would "highly" recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda, or in need of service on an existing one to do the same. Believe you will be glad you did!..:)

Went to get a alignment because my suv steering wheel was off to the right. Still off to the right. They said my front pads were at 3mm. Looks like 5-6mm to me. I'll alignment myself at work from now on. Went to them because last time they did a great job. With everything. Not to sure the warranty rear pads they said that we're at 4mm were really at 4mm

The sale was excellent. I love Mazda cars. Juan is also the best salesperson there is. He's very kind, attentive, charismatic, and treats you as he should. However, Mazda never explained a situation with the mileage: they sold me a car with 32,000 miles, but the warranty only covers it up to 36,000. This was disappointing, and information that wasn't shared was not shared. If I had known this, I wouldn't have taken the car. I need to take action because it wasn't fair. I'm completely disappointed because Mazda's warranty only covered me for 4,000 miles, or nothing. I realized that because the car had a problem, and when I took it in, the warranty didn't cover it because I had already used the 4,000 miles.

After purchasing a second car in less than a week from the first one, we noticed a major disconnect in communication and follow through. Once the car was sold the salesman, Owen, never would return calls or ensure "We Owe" items were completed. I originally gave a higher review but after the same lack of service happened again, i have to change my review. Perhaps they will get it together and fix the errors they have repeated more than once.

Had a great experience here today. Brought my car in for a safety recall and to investigate a strange noise I was hearing. They found the problem quickly, fixed it, and performed the recall and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. Nice people, calm environment compared to other dealer service centers. Will definitely use this location for future service.

Came in for a factory recall on my mazda at around 9:20am, and was told it would be ready in a couple hours. They also performed a mutli-point inspection for free. They called me at 2:30pm and informed me the car was ready to pick up (they close at 3pm on Saturdays). Overall good experience.

Their service department was recommended to me and it exceeded my expectations. Had some major warranty work and a recall done on my first visit. They will take care of you, your vehicle and keep you up to date. Highly recommend. First class service! 2nd visit was just as good!! Car is always cleaned up better than when I dropped it off. Best Mazda Service Dept ever.

I’ve been servicing my car at this location for over three years, even back when it was Freeman Mazda, and never had issues until now under Norm reeves. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and the next day, I discovered engine oil spilled all over the engine, wiring, and under the hood. While driving, thick smoke started pouring into the car through the vents, forcing me to pull over at night, terrified and stranded. I contacted the service center immediately, they admitted it was their fault for not securing the oil cap or spilling oil during service. They promised to fix everything and gave me a loaner car while supposedly cleaning up the mess. Two weeks later, they returned my car claiming it was fixed, but after barely ten miles, the exact same problem happened again. Smoke filled my car, I felt nauseous, and when I checked, the engine bay was still covered in oil exactly like before. They clearly did nothing but park my car and hand it back pretending it was repaired. This is hands-down the worst service experience I’ve ever had, and it’s completely unacceptable. Reeves Service Center has lost my trust permanently.
