I went this weekend and got new tires for my GMC. We discussed tires and prices. I finally went with Cooper tires and the certificates. I love this Pep Boys. The staff is always friendly and do no try to "push" services on me that are not needed. Ive been doing business with them at least 10 years and I will continue to do so as a happy and satisfied customer.

I just want to give a good review for Trey and the front desk staff. There is also a Latino guy with a beard, I forget his name but he was also super helpful. We were being put through all kinds of drama with our warranty company to fix the air conditioning in my car, and Trey was the main one helping us work through it. He is very patient and knows what he is doing. It took a week and a half, a million phone calls and emails between us, the warranty company, and Trey, but and we finally got the AC fixed. If Trey's manager or district manager is reading this, please give the guy a raise! He deserves it

This location has incredibly poor customer service and follow-up. I made an appointment and brought my car in at the scheduled time, only to be told that the A/C technician was off that day and they wouldn’t be able to look at my vehicle until the next day. This was at 9:00 AM. I waited until the following day and gave them several hours after opening before calling. I was told, “I just got here and I’ll put it in ASAP.” I waited another two hours and called again—this time I was told my car was “next for sure.” I expressed concern since I’m in a rental, and it was clear that my concern annoyed them. Two more hours passed before I finally received a call stating their A/C machine was down and they didn’t know when it would be back up. Honestly, this felt like a lie. I was prepared for a substantial repair bill, as I suspect the compressor is out—but clearly, this location doesn’t care about customer service or revenue. I’ll be taking my business to Firestone and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I’m honestly disappointed in this location. Initially, I trusted this place because Trey and Luke were extremely helpful the first time I came. I wanted to get new tires, and also lift my truck where they recommended everything necessary at that time. They seemed very knowledgeable and were kind. A week later I changed my mind on the lift and just returned to buy 4 new tires that we paid for no problem. I even spoke to the manager and told him how impressed I was with Trey and Luke and the service they provided, they were the reason I decided to spend money here. (I didn’t realize I wasn’t given military discount on that service) Fast forward 3 months, which was this past Thursday. I was working with Trey who was still very nice and helpful. I needed new rotors and brake pads installed. I waited roughly 3 hours for them to end up telling me their tech was still relatively new and was not able to remove a caliper mounting bolt which resulted in the work not being completed that day as their master technician already left. I advised I would return tomorrow to get this completed. Friday - I returned. Trey was not working which he made me aware, no complaints there. However, my ticket was still open and the store was already made aware that they needed the bolt and I was told they would simply get one from another pep boys.. no problem. I called ahead to make sure the master technician was there, and still ended up waiting closer to 4 HOURS! . There were 2 people who came AFTER me who were serviced quickly, in and out. When I asked Luke if they started working on my truck, he immediately seemed to have an issue with me asking about the progress. Stated that “it’s up there and he is working on it.” Hunched his shoulders as if I’m an inconvenience. (Normally when I have gotten work, they will text you updates on the progress. THIS time they did not so I didn’t know what was happening the whole time.) Now, I understand people get busy and processes are not always smooth but being blatantly rude is not professional. I have tried to get my work van serviced in this place several times, online appointment does not work at all. I tried walking in, they were busy as expected, but got an appointment for next day in the morning, came back in the morning and they said there is not appointment on my name. This place sucks! Never have techs available for oil change or brake inspection. What kind of place is this then?

NEVER, NEEEVVVEEERRRR, go here for automotive repair or tires. I was towed here for a popped tired, decided to replace all 4. I have Been here for about 2 hours now. 3-3-19, service writer refused to give me the price advertised online, tacked on additional services that I did not ask for, had to bring a manager in from the retail side. She was understandably fruatrated with me, but still held professionalism and helped me out the whole way. Service writer was still extremely apathetic and lied straight to my face about a tire's warranty. I will never be back. I am getting tires here only because I have no choice. Employees are just sitting down doing nothing, no cars are being worked on, expecially not mine which is still sitting where the tow company left it. If you look in one if the pictures you can see on the right, the knees of an employee who had been just sitting there forever until he noticed me taking pictures, now my car is in. Not cool, AT ALL. When they FINALLY finished with my car, ( popped my tire at 10:30 AM immediately called them for tow, finished at 5:41 PM), they left the Air Suspension button turned off. A button known to EVERYONE in the automotive industry about the Lincoln towncar AND MY RIMS WERE LEFT DIRTIER THAN I WOULD EVER CONSIDER ROLLING UP IN. At least there is a car wash right behind this shop. I am SOOOOOO pissed.

Been here with an appointment since 8am. 830am they have full report and approval from fleet for 1 rotor with 1 set of brake pads.... why am I still here 6 hours later?!?! I do see alot of standing around and shooting the stuff with each other. 1 guy has smoked a WHOLE pack of cigarettes. While no once can give me an answer as to why im still waiting. Why has no one come to tell me what the problem is? BECAUSE THERE ISNT ONE prob running the bill with " unforseen circumstances " WORTHLESS CLOWNS! Update 7 hours no one has said anything to me.

I was very pleased with the professional service I received from the Manager Louie. I came in with a battery issue on a previously installed battery. Louie was very informative on reasons for the issue I was having and replaced my current battery which was covered under warranty with a UPGRADED battery at no additional charge. The team was very helpful and the customer service was GREAT! I will definitely suggest all of my friends to go to Pep Boys!

I have always trusted you company with my work but this was out of the ordinary. Brought my car in for a tire, first teller had attitude like he didn't want to work and when I asked of my breakdown for repairs he told me he doesn't make prices even without telling me what the breakdown was. Ended up not being able to take out my lugnuts from f150 because they were spinning. Came back next day dropped my truck atleast 2nd attendant was professional. After I left, i called the store back and told them to add allignment to the order. When I went to pick up the truck, I was given my total and stated it was too high since I have lifetime warranty on allignment on the vehicle. Now this is the 3rd attendant that was pissed because I didn't mention the lifetime allignment when I ordered one but would have thought it automatically applies. He told me now that he has to change pricing i have to wait for couple of minutes. I waited for 10 minutes while he punched his numbers on the computer and he responded to me that I never bought the lifetime allignment. I corrected him and told him that I bought it in 2018 and have used it twice which he could see on the computer and demanded unless I have original receipt in 2025 from 2018, I would have to pay. I advised him to check my other allignments and he would see I never paid because of the purchase. He said he cant do that. Luckily for me, I keep all my records because its company owned and I was able to pull my receipt from neat. Should have seen his face. Truthfully, this guy deleted my ticked from the System when I informed him I had lifetime allignment and wanted to to purchase new. I asked him to feed info on my account back and told me he had no way to. I think that's wrong for company to sell service to customer and malicious delete from the system. I will be contacting DA to see to how may other people this has happed to. Just greedy service

Bad service came here late at 6 on my back tires flat with a bad attitude I was greeted WE ARE CLOSED I said ok thank you and walked right out stopped at four gas stations for air til I made it to Willys Discount tires I got 2 tires GOD bless his business. Thanks to him I got home safe to my kids.
