If I could give him a zero I would! Paid 1,000 in repairs plus Warranty...Two other places stated I have an issue with my control arm which he replaced.. He says it's nothing wrong with it... and will not value my Warranty plus wants to charge me to take it off to see if its defective when he ordered the part as part of my Warranty...

Mr. Kim ,His son and Mr John - all three people are mind blowing friendly - honesty is the main motive to me to came here to repair the car. My Big brother Mr Hari Ghimirey was refer me on 2018 since that date I came here more than 100 times for the regular servicing to so many issues on my 2011 Nissan. I went here to have my brakes repaired. I haven't gotten them done yet, but I wanted to leave a review on their clean bathroom! Women know how hard it is going to mechanic shops and use ig their restroom, but this one was extremely clean! I'm impressed and that alone made me feel comfortable with the staff.

Can't believe I forgot to leave a review for this place. Was recommended by name when a parts store couldn't help me out, and I do NOT regret. Kim and his son are so skilled and kind, fit me in in an emergency, treated me honestly and fairly, and gave me coffee. I'm never taking my cars anywhere else for as long as I'm in DFW.

The best policy is that he officially contains a warranty with his replacement parts and if there is an issue it is covered by the warranty. I highly recommend Kim’s auto. Amazing. They have excellent skill, and are humble and kind. I took my car to three places before this. Instead of jumping to the last-resort repairs (like replacing my power locks and window gear box) they take the time to find the root issue and fix the real problem that others missed. They know their stuff and treat you as they would want to be treated: with honesty and their best efforts. I was treated with so much love and kindness. They are an amazing father son team!

I've had to take my car here a few times as my favorite location has changed their hours of operation and my schedule has changed a lot. I was nervous about trying another auto shop but Kim's has been a great experience. The car I drive is basically an unsupported vehicle due to age (07 Eclipse) but they have helped me keep it in good shape AND they have pretty fair pricing. Updates are always thorough and they are always straight up!

Ki is phenomenal! Our favorite and long-time mechanic moved, and it has been nearly impossible to find an equal replacement. But Ki does it!
