I had an inspection done and the service was excellent! I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always great, but JD welcomed me with open arms. He’s very personable and engaging. He answered my questions and didn’t act as though I was bothering him. Chris did the inspection. I was in and out. Chris is as nice as can be. Keep up the excellent costumer service. It’s a rare art nowadays.

After buying my used car, I visited this inspection shop to make sure everything was in good condition. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they did a basic inspection for me and told me that my car was in great shape, so there was no need for a major check-up. What really surprised me was that they didn’t charge me anything for the service! They were genuinely kind and professional, which made me feel much more confident about my car. Caleb and Michael were amazing and so friendly. Brought my car in for general inspection as I’m about to move states and wanted to make sure it was in good condition for a long road trip. They gave me detailed explanations of what was needed for my car and were very fast getting to my service(I did get there first thing right as they opened which I suggest to do any car service place so you aren’t facing a long wait). I came here after a friend recommended it and the amazing reviews do not lie, bummer I’m moving because this shop is wonderful and trustworthy.

Been going to this location for 2 years now. Things have changed, they spent more time trying to sell me additives, and filters than actually doing my oil change. In 2 years I’ve come here and my oil change normally takes 30-50 mins which I consider fast. Today it took 10 mins. They are so fast they didn’t reset my service interval on my car and they handed me the service sticker at check out to put on my windshield myself. They didn’t ask me what type of oil I wanted either. It was also a totally different crew this time as well. Not sure I can recommend this place anymore. Especially when other places top up your fluids, and clean your windows etc.

I stopped by Kwik Kar on MacArthur in Irving for my state inspection and had one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had at an auto service center. From start to finish the process was super fast, efficient, and professional. I was in and out much quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. What really stood out was the customer service from Justin and Justine. Both of them were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was clear and handled correctly.
