Requested that new tires, brake flush, tail lamps and state inspection be performed. Dropped the vehicle of at approx 10 AM. Got back just after 5 and all that had been performed was the tires, after being told the vehicle was ready. The manager then checked the work and the only thing that was performed was the tires. They scrambled to do the rest and what I was told would be a 30-45 minute wait was nearly 2 hours. A few weeks, I am going to go do my registration renewal for my vehicle and the DMV has no notice of renewal. I call the shop, we don't have inspection on our invoice. Nothing but a sorry. I was trying Firestone out instead of Discount Tires, that I ordinarily go to for tires, because I wanted to be able to do other regular maintenance work with tire rotations. So far the experience has not been pleasant. Going to try another location and see if there is any improvement. Hopefully this isn't a reflection of all locations. UPDATE: Don't go with their line of finance. The most lacking of any form of personality or empathy individuals I have had the displeasure of dealing with at a 1-800 number. Tried to pay online. The payment did not show for several days and wasn't showing pending. So I attempted to make a payment, so I wasn't late. Again many days later, both payments were attempted to draft on the same day. Putting me into overdraft and bounced checks. Had to eat those fees with my bank. Now CFNA is forcing me to go into a Firestone with cash when I need to make payments. Terrible experience all around. Definitely not coming back for anything other than warranty issues on these tires.

I have been going to Firestone for years and each time I go for tires I either have order my tires and wait a couple of days, or wait for over 6 hours. Today, was NOT the same story…. I am thankful that Jordan was able to assist and confirm my tires were in stock, while airing up my tires. Later in the day I came back on my lunch and had me out in less than an hour and a half, I was even able to go back to work and the drive home without any issues. This guy deserves a raise!!!! His customer service level exceeded my expectations.

Quoted me 575 + tax for a simple battery terminal change. I said multiple times wires are good, the terminal is simply rusted and needs replaced. When i asked what is the quote for he said wires and terminal change, they never even opened the hood. Got it done at 60 at another place, useless desk personnel.

James is truly the best guy. He is so amazing and very well experienced. He really took good care of my car and fixed everything that was wrong with it. He was very thorough and talked to me through the process of what needs to be done and suggested a few things that needed to be changed as well. I was able to schedule my oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. There was no wait, they started to work on my vehicle immediately. It was done earlier than I expected, and charge was less than previous one with same service. The new person named Johnny was very professional and knowledgeable. My vehicle is running much smoother and alignment was done properly. I was very happy to be waited on. This year is 29 th year I’ve been using this location.

I have been going to the 5410 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75038 location for 15+ years and they have always triaged and repaired my 3 vehicles. Over the years, I've always been able to call Firestone for an "estimate" for a repair. Just so that I know what it costs. Today, the receptionist told me that I needed to take the vehicle in prior to providing a quote. I understand that during the inspection, the root cause can be different but I already know that my vehicle failed an alternator test so highly likely it's that. Nevertheless, I couldn't get an estimate and she insisted that she needed to see the vehicle before providing a "quote". So after 15 years of Firestone servicing my 3 vehicles, I'm going elsewhere. Unbelievable!

I Am College student They did a great Job but I was looking for a good deal for my oil change 29.99 coupk on standard oil. But I was told at the desk after I gave my keys and started on the work they told me it wasn’t standard but they could offer me 25% off. I said okay. They added window wipers and filters for my truck Toyota Tacoma 2019. Total was more than two hundred dollars.

I had an awesome experience with Jordan at the Firestone in Irving, TX. I brought in my 2014 Lexus IS250 AWD to get a broken stud fixed, replace two tires, and put on new rotors and pads, and Jordan made the whole process way easier than I expected. From the start, he was super friendly and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and he broke it down in a way that actually made sense. A lot of times at car shops you feel rushed or like they just want you to sign off on repairs, but with Jordan it was the total opposite. He made sure I understood what was happening and answered every question without making me feel dumb for asking. The service itself was quick and solid. Everything was done right the first time, and you could tell Jordan really cared about making sure my car left the shop safe and in great shape. On top of that, he was professional but still easy to talk to, which honestly made the whole experience stress-free. If you need work done on your car, I highly recommend going to this Firestone and asking for Jordan. His customer service and knowledge are top notch, and he’s the kind of guy that makes you actually want to come back.

I’ve been a customer of that Firestone for over seven years, and I’ve seen many changes—good, bad, terrible, and just okay—but this year the crew of mechanics and counter staff has improved a lot, especially the master mechanic. I’ve taken two of my cars in for alignment and brake work, and for the first time this year the service was excellent and fast, especially the alignment. He’s excellent and knows what he’s doing; even my 2001 Mustang GT, which has a very special suspension, came out perfectly, and I was surprised at how he adjusted it—not many people know how, but this master mechanic really knows his stuff.

I had an outstanding experience with “Lou” at the Firestone location on 7550 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX. After a frustrating visit to another Firestone location in Irving where the staff were rude and unwilling to take responsibility for their own job duties, Lou completely turned the situation around. From the moment I explained the issue, Lou truly listened and took the time to understand the problem. Instead of dismissing it, he showed genuine empathy and immediately put in the effort to resolve it properly. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Customer service like this is rare these days. Lou demonstrated exactly what great service should look like, understanding the customer’s pain points, taking ownership, and making sure the job gets done right. Because of employees like Lou, customers feel valued and are willing to come back again. What is concerning, however, is that if Lou was able to understand and solve the problem with professionalism and effort, it raises the question of why the other Firestone location in Irving was unwilling to do the same. This is something that higher management should seriously look into, as consistency in service across locations is extremely important. If someone from higher management would like to reach out, I would be more than willing to provide a clear and detailed explanation of exactly what happened so it can help improve the customer experience going forward.
