Terrible experience - Bait and Switch! The Clay Cooley where the price you see is NOT the price you will pay! I called to confirm the advertised price of a truck and to schedule a time to come in and buy it. Instead, I was told the actual sale price was nearly 14,000 dollars higher than what they advertised. It got worse. The salesperson argued with me about the numbers he was seeing, even though if he had done the math correctly, the price still would have been almost 10,000 dollars less than what he quoted. I asked multiple times whether the truck had any dealer add-ons, and each time I was told no. So how did they justify the massive price jump? By claiming that the unwanted “modifications” they installed on this truck, then marked up by 10x, does not count as dealer add-ons in their fantasy world. This place goes straight onto the list of dealerships that rely on bait and switch tactics. Yet another reason to buy directly from the manufacturer instead of dealing with this kind of nonsense.

Apparently a fraudulent claim was filed on my warranty 1/16/2023 for a key replacement that I never submitted nor requested. I purchasedmy truck april 2022. I tried to get scratches and dents repaired in 2024 and was unsuccessful. The dealership kept my truck for several days and then tells me I have to drive it to the repair facility and when I call easy care they did not do anything and then it was oh we changed companies. Then in 2025 when I try again to get the repairs done my contract expires. Now easy care says there was no claim filed for scratches/dent repair in 2024 when the dealership literally took pictures and swnt everything to me for the claim I files. This is the worst! Clay cooleys family guarantee is a bunch of bs I called in september of october spoke to servicing and they can't read the warranty per the girl in servicing and then I get sent to someone via text to assist and he gets all.of my info and stops texting me back. When I first bought my truck less than 30 days the truck wouldn't drive past 5 miles the day I went to get my plates and they had to keep my truck the mgr at the time was supposed to swap my vins and he did not do that. I also told servicing that my truck jerks/jumps forward when I take my foot off the brake or whe. I am braking and they didnt3 fix that 3 years later and it is still happening! How do you forge my signature for a key replacement a year after I bought my truck!

I have known of Clay Cooley since his original Suzuki dealership. Fast forward to his son(s) doing business with us in the retail sector in which I used to manage. They are great, good hearted family. I purchased my first vehicle with them in 2022. They kept it very professional and still go and my service with them due to their professionalism in which many other businesses have lost. It is out of my way and I have tried another dealership closeby for service, however no matter how many different faces I see at Clay Cooley they are all hired/trained with the same great mission.

I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I do not recommend Clay Cooley Auto Group, and I would strongly caution anyone considering their 7-day exchange policy. I attempted to exchange my truck within the 7-day window as advertised. However, more than two months later, my original loan still has not been paid off, and the situation has been extremely frustrating to deal with. The delays have affected my credit, and late fees have continued to accumulate while I’ve tried to get this resolved. This process has been stressful and disappointing, and I feel the exchange policy did not work as represented in my case. I encourage anyone shopping for a vehicle to ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before relying on this program.

Not transparent with pricing. Tried to tacking on $1995 for an upgraded “free plan” that was not asked for, another $2000 to price because we were bringing our own financing although it doesn’t state as such in the website invoice. Just shows how much is skimmed off of your finance rate by the salesman and finance manager. We received a better deal out of state, even with us paying our own shipping. So much for “No add-ons ever”.

I went a few days ago looking for a car I found online and when that one didn’t work out they made sure we didn’t leave disappointed. We had Brandy helping us and she was amazing & had so much patience while working with us. Between her and the manager ( I didn’t catch his name :(( maybe Jason) I was able to find a car that I loved and was very happy with! 5 stars for both of them!!

I'm a used car shopper right now. I won't be buying from Clay Cooley this time (at least not this vehicle) but that's because of my dissatisfaction with the design of the vehicle, they let me drive the thing and get familiar with it. So, I learned. I am impressed by this dealer, Francisco in sales was wonderful. And the used unit I looked at not only was immaculate, but they had also fixed a minor issue and then prepped the car with new brakes and maybe two other items (I can't remember what they were). I am kinda old, I've bought a lot of used vehicles, I could tell that this one was prepped such that who ever buys it, will enjoy it and not have issues that could have been avoided. I've never given a dealer five stars and not bought from them before, but I feel led to let others know of my positive experience. I walked away feeling I could trust this dealer. I just wish the manufacturer had not made some of the changes that they have made.

Customer cervice is good have no complaints about that but the techs they have working there are the lazy and seem to not care about customers cars.i have had them lose a lug nut douring tire rotation and give me the truck back with it missing and now that warranty is over and ive decided to work on it myself i have noticed they have also lost bolts on my transmission oil pan aswell as mangled up my heat shield under the truck.this is after the techs quoting me 6k to replace a locker actuator and e locker sensor when the one and only issue was the sensor i fixed myself for 150$ and an hour of my time.

(Edit on 11/11) EV Dodge Daytona – back in the service department… again. My 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona has now been in the service department for an entire month. I purchased it brand new on August 1st, and in less than 30 days of ownership, it’s already been in for service four separate times. Since being towed in again over Labor Day weekend, I’ve been completely without my vehicle. My service advisor has done her best, but the lack of communication, accountability, and updates from the service department overall has been unacceptable. I currently have no car, no updates, and no support. Every attempt to escalate has led to voicemails or dead ends — no response from management, and no clear plan for resolution. Dodge / Mopar, I need help. I’ve owned this car for less than 30 days, yet have only been able to drive it for maybe two weeks. To make matters worse, I’ve had to pay out of pocket for towing on a brand-new vehicle. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. At this point, I don’t know where else to turn for help or accountability.

Took my car in for a diag to see what was wrong with it and it took 9 days to get it back. There was no communication whatsoever with the advisor. I had to text call and even show up in person but every single time they kept lying to me as to when it would be ready for pick up or to get it fixed. Not to mention 4 items disappeared from the car and when I asked about them they told me that no one messed with the inside of the car when clearly they did and also messed the glove box compartment. Please avoid going there the service is awful, no communication and no accountability.
