Update and retort to the below response from the owner:: I am not the person that took the vehicle in. I am a relative. The person is lying that is responding below. The customer is 70ish. They know nothing about cars. Nothing. Never would they have ever stated specifically what the problem was. D and M repaired something that wasn't broke. That's the bottom line. Even if this person had said what it should be (which they didn't), it is up to the mechanic to figure out what is really going on with a vehicle. Why would you put something on a vehicle, as a mechanic, if you aren't sure what is wrong to begin with? They ordered another part (after they put the wrong part on and charged $600) and said they were going to another person that specialized in the component, and the part didn't work. They were going to charge for that too and then decided not to because my relative hung up on them, when they were telling them the fee... It would of been a $1,000 at that point and not fixed. You have a blessed day idiot! Problem not fixed. My family member ended up paying almost $600 for something that wasn't the issue.

This place is great the guys do much more than just oil changes. Since they are in a place where they are allowed to do more of the mechanical grade of repairs. I haven't had a problem or concern with the two gentlemen here. Mike's been doing this type of work for years and Cameron has been with him for awhile now I remember when he first went to work with Mike at the other shop. They have this work relationship that just clicks and they work very well together. Thank you guys I appreciate it and all the work you guys do.

These guys are great, they treated Me very well,they were really fast with diagnosis of my 2010 Nissan Sentra,even removed some old codes that had not been removed. Excellent service. I called early in the morning and got a quote for an oil pressure sensor replacement. Went in the lobby and was greeted right away. I told him I just called and I waited in the lobby for about 20 mins. (There was someone else being serviced in front of me) Then he asked for my keys, and I told him the part was inside. 10 mins later he rolled my car in the service area. 10 mins later it was lifted. And 20 mins later he told me I was good to go. He showed me the part he replaced, reset my check engine light and topped my car off with oil that I loss because of the sensor. Very reasonable considering I was getting quoted $200. The lobby was clean and didn’t smell like old oil or anything. They even handed me the remote to change it if I wanted to. Definitely will be returning. Thanks guys.

My in-laws turned me onto D&M. They told me they had been dealing with Mike for 10+ years and have really appreciated the fact that he hadn't taken advantage of them and was always friendly and helpful. So I decided to give them a shot. I had recently taken my truck into another place and they told me one thing. I took it to Mike and he spent almost 30 minutes looking around in the truck computer and found what the problem was and it wasn't a problem at all. It is something that Chevy says it isn't a problem and nothing is broke. It is just an oddity. So instead of doing a few things and charging me a lot of money he poked around in the computer and showed me what the system stated and sent me on my way. They are honest and their values have made a customer out of me and I recommend them to anyone that has car issues. They are now my mom and sons go to as well. They value their customers.

I found this location on the Internet, of course, and from the very first start of talking to the gentleman over the phone by the name of Mike he was very nice and helpful and told me that I could bring in my car and they would try to figure it out he even offered me to leave my car overnight and drop my keys off in a night box which is amazing because everywhere I’ve tried in Irving said that I could not do that. I tried to also take my vehicle to many locations in Irving and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I even had some saying it was my transmission, but come to find out. It was only something electrical. Mike was definitely so helpful and told me to bring in the vehicle. He had it for about two days probably would’ve been one had I not had to get a new battery for it because my car had been sitting for a while but he figured out the problem. Got it fixed for a great low price. I feel he is very honest, professional and just amazing. Thank you Mike for your help. I will definitely be bringing my cars here and recommending people to have their car fixed with you overall amazing experience. Thank you again!

My husband and I were passing through Texas on our way back to our home in Arizona from a cross-country roadtrip when our alternator went out. Panicked, I called D&M at 3pm on a Saturday (just two hours before they closed until Monday), and they got us right in! Mike replaced our alternator and battery quickly, and then when we started experiencing some other electrical issues (that turned out to be a frayed O2 sensor wire), he was incredibly helpful as we worked to identify the issue. He even stayed two hours past close to help us! Overall, we are so appreciative of the D&M team and can't thank them enough for all of their help. Highly recommend!
