The customerservice,really unprofessional...they really don't ask you for all the information of the car, they just want to sell and take out of the store quickly....till you tell them all the information of the car!!!!! They bearly ask you to do there job right!!!! Almost lost my car for a piece I need it to drive safe for my family... Almost lost car and my family for something small....be safe with this place. Use to be a great store, new staff definitely is lacking. Only 1 or 2 of the current employees seem to care when there is a line of 10+ customers while the manager wanders around the store with 2/3 employees talking, laughing and just disregarding the fact there is a entire line of customers. 3rd time in a row I’ve received this same exact customer service and have to watch the 2 young kids in training struggle to figure everything out. Definitely not impressed. Last time using the Leominster autozone.

The staff at this establishment are knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. They helped me order brake pads and roters and the helped with returning an online order to help me get my refund processed quickly. Amazing how upon entering the store you are totally ignored. Then the female sauntered out very slow, acting like I was interrupting her conversation in the back room. Inquired about battery charge & return policy. She was absolutely clueless, had to ask the other employees EVERYTHING. She had no idea what she was supposed to do. Very poor customer service. Maybe she needs to be trained MORE!!! No more autozone for me, lazy person

Sold me a faulty thermo Stat. I used to be able to buy good parts from this store chain. Now, they take corners for pricing and leave parts on the shelf too long. I recommend ordering your parts from your dealer.

Previously had exceptional customer service buying from here, so I was really disappointed with my experience today. After waking in and going up to the counter in the empty store, I was ignored by Edwin, the employee behind the counter for a couple of minutes. Honestly, it was very unusual, he made no recognition that I was standing right in front of him and had just spoken to him. I thought he might be hard of hearing or that I somehow unintentionally offended him. That was until he had friends walk in, who he promptly and friendlily greeted. He talked to them before asking my name and getting my item. In the past, staff members were always quick to offer installation help and answering any questions. This gentlemen offered neither. I asked if he could help me quickly install the battery, so that I could leave behind my nearly dead battery (another service offered by the company). He said no, and suggested I go down to a different business down the street for help. Look, we all have bad days but this individuals name tag stated he was a manager. For some of us, these replacement parts constitute a huge expense. None the less, he was dismissive and seriously rude. I will not be returning.

I thought it was all about customer service. I was nothing but polite and respectful to the employees. The one Asian employee in the Leominster store was rude. Once I got my item, he/she whatever pronoun he/she goes by, said something along the line “Out the door.” I had to asked if I was all set, he/she answered with an attitude. I held my tongue back and left the store with anger. That’s why O’Relly’s is better than them.

Had to leave town this weekend but had a failing car battery. At nine pm on July 14, two associates (one was a manager didn't catch names) didn't hesitate to install a new battery for me. They were amazing, went above and beyond and really appreciated their amazing customer service...please recognize them! These are the two people you should have in a leadership role

I ordered a back windshield wiper blade and paid cash. The part never came in. I was moving and the girl told me it would be in in 3 days the latest. Well the part never came in and I have called the store 5 times. The last call was that the manager would call me on Saturday. Today is Wednesday and I just called. Funny now my name is not in the computer? It has been a rate race trying to get them to call the hub to get my order sent to a different auto zone. and the manager had an attitude!! I guess they pretend that your order is not in the computer so they do not have to take care of your refund. 5 other people saw my order in the computer last week?? Thumbs down !!

You have no idea how much money the man from AutiZone saved me because I was about to go to a mechanic to find out what was wrong with the car and I would have had to pay for the labor and whatever wasn't necessary. I truly appreciate the people who work here. I was having a very bad day. My car was having issues, and I wasn't sure if it was the starter, fuse starter, or alternator. The guy was kind enough to answer my question, and I was worried. He told me that AutoZone does a free testing to see if the battery, starter, or alternator is bad. However, it was pleasant and energizing to watch the worker transform my bad energy into positive.

I very rarely leave a review because I understand that everyone has bad days but I was just at the Leominster location and as I was being helped by one of the workers who was great by the way, I noticed the manager walk to the front with an employee who was clearly special needs. I watched as the manager yelled very loudly at this employee who seemed to be doing nothing that deserved that behavior. I have multiple family members who are on the spectrum and if someone ever spoke to them like that I would hope that someone would stand up for them. That being said I was absolutely appalled because if the manager could yell like that in front of a customer I can only imagine what he is like when no one is in the store. I really hope you take this complaint seriously because that behavior is unacceptable.

I rarely leave reviews but i had a bad experience in this store with a rep named Ronald. He is extremely lazy and rude. He seems to be part of management which is insane that someone like that could be a manager. I never had someone be so rude and lazy in this store before but i just wanted to give everyone a heads up when shopping at this location stay away from him.

Bought a battery and they just stared at me when I asked if someone could help install it. 0/10 for customer service. I will never be back to this location. I see the person walking outside with other people to help with things but apparently cant help me even carry a battery to the car. Rude.

I’m absolutely fed up with the big guy with long hair and a filthy gray shirt who works at this AutoZone. Every single time I call the store and he answers, he tells me the parts I need are “not in stock.” But the moment I come in and talk to someone else, they always have what I need sitting right there! This has happened multiple times — it’s not a coincidence. I’ve even watched this guy hang up the phone and just walk away like he couldn’t care less. He’s rude, lazy, and clearly doesn’t want to do his job. It’s unbelievable that AutoZone allows someone like this to keep working there. He’s driving customers away. Please remove this person from your store. He has been nothing but useless and a complete embarrassment to your company.

Went in around 10am to get a cabin air filter, waited at checkout for 20 minutes while all the employees were just chit chatting in a circle and glancing over at me and not once acknowledged me so I ended up leaving without what I came in there for and ordered what I needed on rock auto for cheaper. Poor customer service and those employees need to be retrained to know that it is a workplace and not a hangout spot to gossip like school girls and get paid for it
