Very good, honest people to work with. The receptionists was so kind as to go over every tire option available for my car. They where ordered and installed by the next day. This place is the best in Oxnard Ventura thousand oaks. They are no haggle best price you can get. They are fast and customer service is good. They are first come first serve on repairs. They were able to fix my valve stem in 20 minutes. I bought my tires from them. I priced them online. It was only a matter of a couple dollars more but that included the installation and balance My online price did not. I really appreciate a shop like this being so close to where I live. They also sell rims and tires combo sets

Their service here is the best I've been coming to get work done for many years 2002 to be exact. Service is fast and friendly they make things right should some unexpected trouble occur. Highly recommend. Best prices in town you can shop around but these guys will be your best bet.

if anyone is in need of putting JUST AIR in your tires do not go here...I came to inform them that one of the guys put a nail on my tire and the older lady just laughed and said they should of put 2 nails smh....some of the guys will put a nail in your car's tire just so you can get a new tire good for business 👍 so if you guys need only air dont come here ....really disappointed by the way

I called AV Tire Service to ask about an oil change, but the experience was very disappointing. The person who answered kept asking meaningless questions like whether my car was a 4-cylinder or 6-cylinder. I said it doesn’t matter — just tell me the price. After keeping me on hold for a bit, they said both cost the same. When I asked to make an appointment, they said they don’t take appointments and serve people on a first-come, first-served basis. I asked what time would be best to come, and they said “any time before six.” Then I asked how long the oil change would take, and they said “two and a half hours,” which seems too long for a simple oil change. Overall, the call was confusing and didn’t inspire any confidence in their service. That’s why I’m giving one star.

Had a flat tire and needed a quick replacement. The first place I came across was AV. I gave them a call to ask if they had the tire I needed and they said yes. When I got there it looked pretty busy and thought I’d have to wait for over an hour. Overall, I spent less than $100 and even though it felt like forever, I spent less than 45 minutes there. Chris installed my tire and applied tire shine. Very good service from my experience.

Very trustworthy place with great customer service. Came in for an alignment for my Honda Civic. I requested an alignment for both front and back and once the service was finished they told me only the front needed the alignment and charged me just for that. Other shops would’ve just charged me for both. Price was good as well.

AV Tire Service is such a great place! I have come here a few times for brake service & tire patches/replacements. The staff is so friendly and the prices are so reasonable in exchange for the stellar service you receive. My favorite part from my experiences is that they are also fast! Today I went in to get a tire looked at (turned out it needed to be replaced) and I was in an out in less than an hour even though they were busy. Fast and friendly service on a busy Saturday? You can’t really beat that.

Brought my grandson’s 2016 Infiniti in on a Sunday for four new tires. We did not have an appointment, yet they had us out of there in about an hour. When they quoted me a price, I had to make sure they were talking about 4 tires, because it was about half of what I was expecting to pay for a good set of tires. The staff were all great people who seem to like their job. That always makes a person feel good when they go into a business where people like their job. It means they take pride in their work.

AV Tire took amazing care of my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Before bringing it in, I was dealing with a serious death wobble at high speeds, but Hugo and his amazing staff fixed everything perfectly. Hugo replaced all four ball joints for just $670, and the Jeep now drives smooth with zero wobble. Everyone there was professional, honest, and thorough from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop with this level of customer service and workmanship. If you want quality you can trust, AV Tire is the place to go. Highly recommend!
