Wow, the man who works here is so nice! He was helpful, kind, respectful and treated us great. I really wish I knew his name but will definitely go back soon and ask him. Honestly, nice people are the reason I go back to a business and he definitely made me want to visit again.

Always great when you need a spit-shine on your exterior... quick, easy and automated car wash. I do suggest to bring an extra towel, doesn't always completely dry the vehicle...

The newly installed credit card scanners in each washstall is great! No longer needing to scrounge for quarters or suffering from time limit angst running around to beat the buzzer! Unfortunately, this was offset by the garbage overflowing from every garbage can, which otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. This was an unusual experience for this location, someone must have called in sick that day.

Love this car wash! Only one I go to. They have everything! Touchless wash, do it yourself wash, vacuums and the scent sprayer. There is always someone there Incase there is an issue. One time the vacuum I put my quarters in didnt work and I got refunded my quarters and he gave me a free air freshener. It's usually busy but that's because it's the best one in town .

Owner and or manager is very nice man. Always have quarters and the high pressure hose is more powerful than others in the area. Also have touchless automatic carwash for $5.00 if you ask attendant for a coupon. He is more than glad to give you one

Pretty clean but greedy owners keep raising the price. Now they have brush heads that go limp if you're not pushing more money in. Even when it works the brush heads don't stay solid. Because of the greedy owners wanting a few extra bucks I'll go else where. I spend $5 and take my time scrubbing before putting another $5 in to rinse it off. If I can't scrub my car properly then why even go there?

Best Do It Yourself car wash in Santa Rosa. The machines always work perfectly and the area is usually pretty clean. Just updated with credit card readers, so now it’s super convenient.

Self-service stalls offer a variety of car washing, waxing, and rinsing options. You can use a credit card or quarters. I used the washing and basic rinsing; $4 gave plenty of time. Vacuum cleaners are in the back, starting cost is $2 in quarters, which gave enough time to do the floors.

I love this place. The car wash next to my house doesn't have a shampooer, so I drive across town to come here, specifically for the shampooer 😅 The men who work here are sooooo friendly. My car died and I told them that someone was going to come jump it and they said "oh no no no, we can jump it for you." 2 minutes later my car was running again ❤️

Great car was to get a touch less wash. I took one star of because the card reader is not user friendly. It would not take my main card and it didn't like my money either . Card reader is a little quicker now .

I really love this car wash. However, after dark there were people living in there vehicles, and creeping up behind me while I was washing my car. I wanted to vacuum my car, but the vacuums were blocked by their trucks and folding chairs. And I didn't feel comfortable leaning over to vacuum after one lady crept up on the stall I was washing in and kept peeking around the corner like she was waiting for me to get close enough with my back turned.

Piner carwash is better, same quality and set up but they won't rob you. If you pay with card be careful and manually stop it. The meter will keep running even after the minimum is reached. I stopped it at around 5ish$ once one of the workers noticed and told me but it still charged me 10$. Pay with cash if you come here....

I've used this facility in the past. It's well maintained and easy to use. What I was surprised with this last Sunday was a credit /debit only instead of coins. At the stall it said "$3.75 for the wash. Well, my debit card was charged $10!!! I won't go back there again!! A car wash a few miles away was $3 for the same amount of time and service.

I really loved the experience! Jose Angel(manager) is the most generous and polite person I have met this year! He gave me a free car freshener and a book. Overall the car wash itself was good. It offers hand car wash(you wash your car) and machine operated car wash. Machine operated minimum is $12 and it varies after that. $4(quarters) or pay with credit card (hand car wash). I didn't use the vacuums because my car was clean inside. But it seems like the vacuums only accepts quarters. It wasn't busy when I was there on a Tuesday. I am definitely coming back again! Thank you Jose Angel!

It's a good spot to wash your car but payment options are in desperate need of upgrading, I never use my card because 90% of the time it over chargers me when I don't even use the max amount. In the coin slot I've had it take about $1 because it didn't read my quarters. Manager that runs that place is amazing and always gives me the change that it takes but it would be much better if the payment options were up to date.

$7 car wash made my truck look brand new. It was siting under sap and trees for over a year. I spent an hour cleaning this at my house thinking the paint was just ruined until I came here. This removed all of the sap immediately. It may not have the best paint job but it looks 1000 times better after spending a few minutes here. I wish I had taken a before pic to show you what $7 did here. The first two pictures are after the wash at this location. The last two pictures are after I hand washed it at my house a month ago. Then it sat under a tree for a month. I didn’t even use a brush at this wash to get it this clean. This place takes credit card too, which is a huge help. I couldn’t come here otherwise. Getting change is a hassle at the other ones.

This is a great place to pull off into and wash your vehicle. The place is in tip top condition. Soaps and detergents filled, and machines well serviced and working perfectly- in this sense I would say it's hassle free. There appears to be 6 bays and an additional laser wash 360- sounds fun- haven't tried this one but maybe ill hit it up next time. Everything is meticulously maintained by on-site staff. Friendly and very helpful. This car wash is well cared for and attended to & this makes an otherwise mundane task of washing vehicles... well it just feels easy and stress free at this location. Thanks Avenue Wash.... We'll be coming back soon =D

Economically speaking you are not saving much, especially when an additional quarter gets you way less than additional 17 seconds on the timer👎🏿👎. For only an extra few dollars spent somewhere else you dont do the hard work someone else does it. Anybody who comes here stating for only $4 or $5 or even $7 I thoroughly washed it, a lie for sure. Over priced This site is catered more toward a work truck or bucket type of vehicle. Not recommend it. Credit card use requires a minimum meaning they will stick you. If you want your new vehicle to be possibly scratched by hanging water hoses, break sweat as you rush through between the halfa$$ed wash and coin dropping then this is the place to be at.
