Just got a quote to fix my car and met the owner. I can tell he’s an honest man and will bring every car I get to this shop!

They are warm friendly. Seem to know what they're doing. They have a young hispanic man there who keeps a smile on his face. And does really great work. I would recommend them. Plus they're open on Saturdays. And their prices are very favorable. Five star

Worst ever expereince at a repair shop. Do not use these people if you want real work done. And I wouldn't buy a car from them either. I had my heater core replaced by Avila's Auto. My vehicle was leaking inside the passengers side of the cab. After they "fixed" it, it leaked worse. I took it back two times. The third time they put flex seal under my dash! When I demanded my money back the owner refused and told me to bring it back to them a fourth time. When I said, No thank you, his response was "if you want to spend the money to take me to court, then do it." Also, during this entire three week nightmare, I had to show up to get any answers while they had my car. Never answered the phone or texts even though they could text me just fine when giving me a quote. Worst experience with a mechanic ever! Now I have to sue them for the $700 they charged me to flex seal my car......

I needed spark plugs brakes and a purge valve. I paid $90 for that purge valve and then I paid $500 in total for the labor when I pulled off after picking up my car after it had sat there for over a week without anyone working on it until the last minute, as soon as I pulled off the engine light immediately came back on and was doing the same problem, I called the main mechanic who works there named Fernando and he said to please bring the car back and he would look at it, all he did was reset the computer and say that it was fine that I needed a new gas cap, bought a new gas cap, it was still doing the same problem. He never made an attempt to fix the problem or figure out why it was still doing the same thing. I took my car to a different mechanic and he said the NEW purge valve was never put on, so they kept my $90 part and also charged me for labor for my part that they did not put on and did not make an effort to fix it, or make it right or offer me my money back or try to figure out where the part went that magically disappeared that they didn't put on my car that I had already paid for and I also had already paid for the labor. I told Fernando many times I did not want any of the other mechanics working on my car and he completely ignored my request and let just any random mechanic that works there work on my car and look what happened. So now I have the report from the new mechanic that I took it to because I had to pay another $90 for another new purge valve and pay for labor to have it put on even though I had already paid for that at Avila's, but the new mechanic that I took the car to gave me a report and gave me photos showing that the purge valve that was on my car was clearly not new you can tell by looking at it. So I have the paperwork I can take them to court but it's going to cost me just as much to take them to court, so by the time I get finished taking them to court I will have just lost more money. So they got me, will show you guys to stay away from this place if you don't want to get ripped off or scammed.

My car’s tire literally blew out near Avila’s. I pulled in, and they had my completely torn tire replaced in 30 minutes. The price was so low I had to ask twice about it. I can’t exclaim how much I recommend this tire and repair store.

Our tire was about to blow and we didn't have much extra money but we passed by here and aw they had used tires so we stopped. These guys came out and looked at our tires and gave us a great deal!! We ended up getting two tires at an amazing price and they put them on for us right away. I am giving this place a recommendation for anyone needing tires. They also do repairs and sale cars. I'm very happy with the service we got. Go see them.

BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE… Thank You Guys So Much. My Ford F150 broke down 15 minutes west of Wilmington (US-74) after spending the weekend with my daughter and heading home to TN. I did have to call a couple towing services before I was given a reasonable rate. Thank you Bobby (tow truck operator) and for referring me to Avila’s. Yes, I broke down on Sunday evening, July 5th. Bobby called Avila’s when he picked me up and said they would get started first thing Monday morning. Avila’s replaced the water pump, belt, and thermostat and had me on my way early Monday afternoon. I would highly recommend these guys any day. The locals are fortunate to have this place.

I have been dealing with them for a few years now. Always pleasant, welcoming, and efficient. My repairs have always been done quickly and the prices are more than reasonable. If they can't do it for some reason they are more than willing to tell you who, and where, can. They're a real find.

I stopped in.about a week ago because I had a tire that was going flat. I got the tire replaced only to discover after washing my car that I was missing a lug nut and also the key to unlock the wheels. I returned to the shop for them to offer to replace the lug nuts with non locking lug nuts. That defeats the purpose of having locking lug nuts. I now have to go to the dealership and spend money that I don't really have to get replacements. I won't come to this establishment ever again.
