I want to first start by saying Thank you to all the staff members at Azalea Auto Body shop! My car was in a finder bender and I was able to drop it off and pick it up all in the same week. Just got my car back from this shop. My accident took place three and a half months ago. It didn't get done until today 8/29/22, dropped off on 8/22/22. It did take awhile to get parts. That said, I know the auto industry has been in a parts and labor shortage for the past couple years, so I don't fault them for that. The paint looks perfect, the body damage looks like it was never there, and they beat their repair time estimate by 4.5 days. They were kind through the whole process, and sympathetic about the wait for parts. On their work, and their personability, 5 stars. If you want beautiful body work, take your vehicle here.

This place is amazing! I took my car in and it came back out like it never got damaged. The damages was from the front of the bumper all the way down to the rear on the driver side a nasty side swipe and the rims was scrapped as well. The repairs did take awhile about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks due to ordering parts and stuff so it’s understandable I guess and you want them to take their time not rush. They even put air in my tires and buffed out a mark on my right mirror. The little things that matter I appreciate it so much! Awesome staff they took care of the car and I well.

This place is awesome! My insurance company gave me a very low estimate - $2000 less than they said it would be to fix it correctly. I didn't Need to do a thing. They handled everything! The team at Azalea Auto Body was extremely friendly every time I called for an update and were very informative as well. When I got my car back today, it looked like no one ever even hit it. Fantastic job on the body work and paint matching. The only thing I found strange was that they only do cash or check, but that's not a knock against them. Great work with the repairs to my vehicle!

Quick to get your vehicle in the shop does very good body work and paint job .I'll be using them again for future work, one suggestion for the shop it would be nice to give customer courtesy calls during periods of the car been in the shop to keep them in the loop of what's going on. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with the work .The paint job was outstanding they went beyond just painting my damaged area and removed some scratches and scuff marks in different areas of my car, was really pleased with that...

I would have given 5 stars. My first complaint is that they don't take credit payments. This is something that should be shared with the customer before booking. When I received my car, someone had went through the middle console and pulled up the lining as if they were looking for something and left it that way. My carpet had dirty foot prints in the front and back. At the very least it should have been vacuumed. I was never called about my car during the repairs. I had to call. One time I called the person fixing my car was rude and told me he didn't know when my car was going to be ready after having it already one month. The other staff were customer friendly. My repairs on the outside looked nice. I could not see how the damage under the hood looked, however my car is driving fine.

I came here to get my passenger side window replaced because someone busted into my car while I was working my night shift at Maryview medical center. I highly recommend this place. They are professional, friendly and provide excellent service all around. Working the stressful job I do, the last thing I wanted to deal with was calling around trying to get this window fixed. Called a couple other places before Azalea and was told I needed to make an insurance claim to get the window fixed. Well unfortunately, my insurance doesn’t work for vandalism so that was a wrinkle in the sheet. Anyway, this place is amazing they fixed the window timely, they had the glass ready a week before I was able to get the car to them and they did not bother me once to rush me to get the car to them. They even cleaned my car for me. Just a fantastic auto body shop, would give 6 stars if I could.

I couldn't be more pleased with Azalea Auto Body. From the moment I inquired about having my car repaired and picking up, they were great throughout the entire process. I received text updates and they even removed a magnet that had fused onto my car as a courtesy. I wanted to cry when I picked up my car--- they had even washed it inside and out, I was not expecting that. It was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. The repair looks better than I imagined. I would recommend Azalea Auto Body to anyone needing repair.

I love this place. Here is the thing, no one wants to have to take their car to an auto body shop. But if you do have to take your vehicle to a shop, you want to take it to a place where the team does superior work and they are respectful. Sherry and Jesse represent this to the fullest. Azalea Auto Body has done amazing work for me getting my vehicle restored back to mint condition. My truck runs as good as it looks. Thanks Azalea for always doing A+ work.

Highly recommend! I've brought two cars there fairly recently, my son's car and mine after it lost a fight with a car wash. They do really good work, they're pretty fast and their prices are great. I've did multiple estimates on both cars (long story) and their price was better than say...a national shop you'd think would be cheaper. Hope not to be back too soon, but will use again if I need body work.
