While traveling from Massachusetts to North Carolina the axle on our trailer failed. The gentleman at B&C took the time to stop and assist us. Though the trailer ultimately couldn't be repaired they were extremely helpful and thoughtful. They took the time and it was greatly appreciated!

I really like how honest this place is also very affordable for example I had a problem with my gasket and they told me what it would cost to fix it which was not bad but also that if I just kept changing the oil every Thousand Miles I wouldn't have to fix it which is great news I'm going to do that instead. I recommend going there if you live near Norwich and need any repairs done on your car

Would not recommend to anyone. I had a 2001 corolla that needed a simple throttle cable. And a throttle body because a screw that was rusted broke off. They made the job seem bigger then it was, a job that should have been a half hour turned into a few days. They put a throttle body that they knew didn't work on the car. I don't even work on cars but I went to a junk yard got the throttle body I needed took theirs off and put the one I bought on all within 40 min. They said they were waiting on a throttle body from R.I. because these parts were rare!! Seriously it's a 2001 Corolla and the only reason I went to them is because I live up the street from them and I had to work so I figured I would have them do the simple job since they had good ratings. NEVER AGAIN!! GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

This place is honest and reliable, they were recommended to me by another auto body shop that didn't do the work I needed. What I like especially is that they run the diagnostic for free whereas Subaru in New London charges about $60 for that. B&C is the only auto body shop I use as a result.

Dropped my Mercedes off for what I expected to be an expensive service (abs sensor) and oil change. The owner of the shop called and told me my sensor just had a short and he could fix it without getting the part. He did great work for a more than fair price. I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else. His wife runs the front of the shop and she is very nice and kept me notified of the progress and when my car was ready. They could have charged me hundreds more. 5 Star Repair facility!!!

I usually am terrified to take my vehicle to the garage because it’s an older model car and it’s always super expensive but from the minute I called to the minute I paid and left it was the best experience I’ve had. They kept me informed and it didn’t cost as much as I thought. Good quality and really nice people. Definitely will be using them again for any mechanical needs I have.
