This was the best car buying experienced I've ever had! Their whole team is fantastic! Tristan listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. The manager was helpful and the finance guy went over all of the options and made sure I understood them. Falvey's will be my first step for future purchases!

Had jeep dealer install new Battery Saturday Aug 16th. Drove 1700 miles from Florida 2022jeep Cherokee still under warranty. Shut car off tonight in Norwich Ct and radio would not shut off. Dealership pretty much said sorry your sol. So this is the way they treat visitors to this state.

WARNING TO ALL! Make sure when purchasing a used or new vehicle. All the manuals for that vehicle are there, and check all the fluids. Make sure they're all topped off. I had recently brought an SUV that came with no manuals for that vehicle. Which is important and crucial, but the scariest part and a life-threatening way. It came with no brake fluid at all. I was shocked, and you put my life and my son in danger. I will file a complain with Federal Trade Commission (FTC), State's Attorney General's Office, State's Department Of Commerce , Better Business Bureau (BBB) and The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for car safety issues and manufacturer recalls. It can be dangerous, and your brakes may not work properly. The fluid operates under high temperatures and high pressure, and without it, your car would not be able to stop when you push the brake pedal inside your vehicle. It will simply go to the floor without stopping, which will have catastrophic consequences. Thank you, Falvey's. I will order the manuals myself and go to O’Reilly Auto Parts first thing this morning to top off my brake fluid. Thank you, Jesus, for protecting me and my son. The devil is a liar. That my conscience told me to do further research and investigation. I forgive you all and hope the next customers get treated professionally, especially when it comes to safety. Number one priority!

I witnessed a salesperson deliberately falsify financial documents to push an unaffordable truck onto a struggling customer, clearly prioritizing profit over integrity. This dealership’s shady tactics didn’t stop there. They also falsified my friend’s paperwork, claiming she owed a $2,000 deposit when she only paid $1,000. They threatened to repossess her car unless she paid the additional amount or agreed to a new credit check that would likely saddle her with a higher interest rate. This is blatant manipulation and potential fraud. Shop here at your own peril—steer clear of this dishonest dealership!

Had to leave my 2023 ram overnight for service. It has 17000 thousand miles on the vehicle and tires. Falvey service calls me at 12:00 pm to tell me I have a flat tire and what am I going to do about it. REALLY They didn’t know what was wrong with the tire at that point in time. (Wow their good) I tell them to just fix it. They said it will be $90 dollars. (Did I really have a choice) Come to find out they didn’t fix it right. They found a nail in the center of the tire. Plugged it and told me that it needed to be fixed properly or just thrown the tire away. Tried to reach the service manager Richard Falvey. Had no luck. He refused to talk to me. He’s family you know so he doesn’t answer to anyone. Went to town fair tire. They said they didn’t think anyone used plugs anymore. They patched and plugged it from the inside as well as balanced the wheel for $ 13.00 dollars. Yes $13.00 dollars. Yes Falvey’s has lost me as a customer. After my last oil change my truck leaked oil on my garage floor for two weeks just because Falvey service failed to clean the area after changing the oil filter. Just all lazy half ass people.

Such a great experience here at falveys 10/10 I was able to walk away with a 2023 kia , not only was I helped by the best two people Mario and Nick but I was also able to get a great deal on an amazing car with just barely anything to work with . Low credit and running circles but Mario and Nick got me in a car in under 2 days I recommend falveys for your next car purchase between great help and great prices they have it all .

This was the literally the best experience I have encountered ever at a dealership. Mario the sales manager and Nik the sales rep came up with a deal for me within 2 days of talking over the phone and literally went above and beyond for me. I was blown away with the Jeep they found me and in absolute shock. Words can’t describe how truly grateful I am for the both of them after taking a total loss on my previous car just a week ago & driving off the lot at Falveys a week later after my accident not only with a better car then what I had but a 2021 Jeep compass that is completely a better deal then what I received at my previous “buy here pay here experience.” I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a car and great deal to look no further than Falveys. I had the best experience ever buying a car today! The staff at Falvey’s are literally the best! Tristan and Mario were amazing. All the other staff were great as well. Tristan literally sat with me all day while we had some paperwork difficulties on my end. He helped me so thoroughly with literally everything, He taught me information, made sure I was understanding everything and really made buying my car an awesome, enjoyable time. Mario was amazing he helped so much with this purchase and i’m so appreciative. They went above and beyond today and I can’t thank everyone enough! They made getting my dream car a breeze. From the moment I called about a car to finalizing the purchase at the inspection station in another state, everyone went above and beyond. At every other dealership I've visited, I felt passed between departments, creating a fragmented experience. Here, the experience was completely different. Everyone was involved from start to finish, whether checking in at our desk, tackling paperwork as a team, or simply chatting. Although I was unfamiliar with the contracts, Nic and Mario patiently answered all my questions and never pressured me, even though we stayed past closing. Learning I relied on Uber for work, they went out of their way to provide a dealer plate and spent over an hour speaking with my insurance company so I could drive the car home that night. The car has been fantastic over the past few months of ownership with zero issues, and the price was the lowest in the area, even with the extra features it came with. Since the purchase, Nic has contacted me several times to ensure my satisfaction and address any remaining details, maintaining the same professionalism he demonstrated from our initial contact. Dealerships often have a poor reputation for customer service. Having experienced shady tactics myself, I know the lasting impact of being misled. Falvey's is a dealership that genuinely cares about your experience from the moment you pick up the phone, and that commitment appears to be ongoing.

Recently went to Falvey's to browse SUVs and I was greeted by a salesman named George. He was extremely professional, polite, courteous, and overall just great to deal with. He had all the answers to my questions and was very knowledgeable. I was in the market for an SUV, preferably V6 as these are getting harder to come by. I was not in any way pressured by George or the finance dept and that made the experience all the more enjoyable. We decided on a 2025 Grand Cherokee Limited and pricing was very reasonable. Having purchased over 12 new cars, This was probably one of the easiest purchases ever.Highly recommend George, the salesman and this dealership.

I bought a 2025 Ram 1500 V6 eTorque from them on May 22nd, and it overheated for the first time on July 18th. I brought it in and two days later was told everything was fine. It overheated again on the drive home. I brought it back and they spent the next few months working on it, which ultimately resulted in them replacing the entire engine. I was without my truck for 110 days, while I only had it for 57 days before the issues began. During that time, I was stuck driving a rental car instead of the brand new truck I paid for. I finally got the truck back on November 5th. It was returned to me dirty and dusty, like it had been sitting in a parking lot for months. On top of that, there was a dent in the rear passenger-side quarter panel and scratches on the driver-side door. There was no apology, no thanks for my patience, and not even an offer for something as small as a free oil change. I was simply handed the keys. I noticed the damage before leaving and asked for an explanation, which they could not provide. They said they would fix it and told me they would call when their body shop could get me in. It has now been 51 days since I got the truck back, and I still have not received that call. Remarkably, even now, I still haven’t had the truck in my possession longer than they did. I was patient throughout this entire ordeal, but that patience was not rewarded. Instead, I was treated like a nuisance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting quality service or accountability.

Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest Service I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received at Falvey’s Motor. Over multiple visits, I experienced repeated negligence and a clear lack of accountability. Despite bringing my car in for regular service, nothing meaningful was ever done, ultimately leading to a major breakdown that could have easily been prevented had they been honest and thorough in their work. When I asked the front desk agent whether the damage could have been avoided, he completely dodged the question and instead lectured me about how much warranty time a vehicle has. (bla bla bla) completely irrelevant to my concerns. During my most recent visit, I was told the car now required over $15,000 in repairs. To make matters worse, I later discovered a piece missing from the front of the vehicle. I called multiple times to ask about it, and each time I was promised a callback that never happened. When I finally got someone on the line—Jason—he dismissed my concerns, stating that it wasn’t his “personal problem” and that his name wasn’t on the building. He sarcastically added that “Falvey” would call me back when he returned from vacation—an unbelievably unprofessional response. Ironically, when I showed interest in trading the vehicle, I received calls from the dealership daily. But when it comes to service follow-ups or accountability, they go silent and hide behind an unreachable “manager” who never gets in touch. I do not recommend Falvey’s Motor to anyone. If you do business with them, I strongly urge you to document everything and take photos of your vehicle before and after service. This experience has been costly, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. I will be filing a formal complaint.

If first impressions and a great experience matter—run, don’t walk, straight to Falvey’s! After a “meh” experience with another dealership, I reached out to Falvey’s and was warmly greeted by Dennis, who listened, understood my situation, and assured me they could help. When I arrived, I worked with Nik—absolutely amazing! No pressure, no gimmicks, just an honest conversation and genuine interest in vehicles. Even the owner, sales manager, and finance manager stopped by to introduce themselves—something I’ve never had happen before signing a deal. As a bonus, they even beat the other dealership’s price. As a result of this experience, I left feeling excited instead of stressed. Falvey’s has definitely earned a loyal customer—and plenty of referrals from me!

Our experience with Falvey's was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. We spoke to Nik and he gave us numbers over the phone for a vehicle we were interested in. We drove from NJ to Falvey's and as promised, there were no additional hidden fees or costs. We have dealt with several other car dealships and there usually were additional costs. We absolutely love our vehicle and the transaction/purchase was smooth and just perfect. Everyone at the dealership was kind and welcoming, especially to our 1 year old.
