My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience shopping for vehicles yesterday. Zach, the Finance Manager and Junior, the Salesman were beyond helpful in our search. They made sure to go out of there way to give us the best experience possible. No pushy tactics, no feeling like you have to walk away with a car that day. My wife and I have always tried to steer clear of dealerships in the past as we just never had aplesant experience from anywhere we have gone. I cannot recommend Girard Ford enough. Not only did Zach and junior take care of us but the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and made sure to introduce themselves as we were going through the process of taking our new vehicle home. If you are looking for an EASY, absolutely pleasant experience while shopping for your next vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Girard Ford in Norwich. This dealership is the best! I have bought many vehicles over the years and Girard Ford is by far the best experience I have had. Car buying has become a such a hassle in recent years. With this recent need I had I was having trouble finding the exact truck I wanted with specific configurations. First off Eddie via phone call found exactly what I needed very quickly. When I arrived at the dealership my salesman Maneck was waiting for me with the truck already for a test drive. Me and my wife just bought our 22 f150 off junior. First off I had a ford and sold it for a Chevy. The Chevy dealership was know where near as welcoming and presentable as girard ford. We walked in and it was spotless and everyone had a smile on their face. I called ahead and Eddie had the vehicle set aside. We explained where we wanted to be and what we wanted. There was no games played they. They we honest and truthful and worked after hours to make sure we were happy and drove away that night. We had to children with us and they had a play room for them to be occupied. I would recommend everyone to buy from them. Junior made us feel right at home. Treated us like family!!!!

Junior made my car purchase experience enjoyable and a breeze. I never look forward to car shopping and all that comes with it, but my purchase at Girard with Junior was easy, quick and as transparent as I could hope for. I didn't feel any pressure to simply close a sale, and it was clear he wanted to just ensure I ended up in the car I wanted. Negotiating an agreeable price did not feel like a fight, and even that part was without any pressure.
