Spent my only 3000 to have a safe car for myself and daughter. Explained this to the owner Pete and he said the car was safe to drive and would replace the bald tires and resolve the check engine light the continued to come on. So he replaced 2 tires, Never took care of the check engine light(brought the car there multiple times always an excuse). Brought it to another mechanic who said the car need multiple repairs and I should not drive it ( exposed wires some wrapped with tape, need new heater core, replace front axle, coolant leeks, module needs to be replaced, bald tires etc. Had several conversations with Pete, just fed me BS. So currently I am 1000 in repairs. He is very nice until he has your money, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I took my daughter to buy her first car. She worked so hard to save towards it. You know how those impatient teens can be for freedom. Pete is hands down Saint Pete in our book. My daughter’s car didn’t run too many days before the transmission died. We kinda assumed it was going to but we took it back to Pete and he made everything good. Fixed her car. The key thing is patience but Pete will take good care of you. I’d buy another vehicle from here because I trust his word but this is a busy garage so show some grace and mercy to the process.

I don't even know what to say. They're very nice and friendly but here I am 7 months later without a car because the transmission died on me. I'm brokenhearted and I don't think calling them would do anything, I cant even get down there. Almost $3500 and I'm out. Paid them off a few months early. And my car only has 126,000 miles on it. Go figure.

Sold my son a car with a ton of issues. I don't think they even looked over the car at all. Reached out about a leak shortly after buying the car and never heard back from them. They act nice like they'll do right by you but in reality they just want your money.

I DO NOT recommend Pete Oddo Sr.,owner of T.C.M.(former owner of Rose City Auto). He charged me $685 to replace a starter and fix a window that kept going down by itself. When he told me the job was done I got in my car, and the window was still going down. I went back into his office and told him the window still wasn't fixed. He told me "don't worry about it, I will fix it". It has been two weeks now and he still hasn't fixed it. All I get for my money is excuses and lies. So now I am driving around in the middle of winter with an open window. And now I have to pay someone else to do the job that Pete Oddo didn't do.
