I buy a lot of car parts and I like O'Reilly's when you get someone who knows what they're doing but a few times I've had to bring parts back because someone doesn't know what they're doing but otherwise I do like most of the people that work there

A great automotive place, as we all know pricing is terrible but this is the day and age of it. Thayer are all over priced, this one seems to be the cleanest and has the best employees.

Don't not go!! There is an autozone and advanced auto with 10x the customer service just seconds away. Orielys has the worst customer sevice i have ever had. Went there 2 days in a row. James helped a customer he clearly knew and didnt even acknowledge those of us that were and had been standing in line. There was a third employee that was a young kid and who was blatently disrespect. He walks like he has a chip on his shoulder and the customers owe him something. Richard and the 3rd employee ( did not get his name, over 2 days, he never wore a uniform... just a hoodie) ignored me and the whole store for almost 5 minutes as they spoke about ...."protiens and nuerotransmiters" from the back of the store. This place is unprofessional and operates like a joke.!!

Staff was very friendly and store had a clean/professional vibe. However, the parts they carry seem to be outdated or just low quality. I went in to check this place out for the first time and inquire about a heater hose for my van. They had it in stock but it was the old manufacturer style with a plastic Y hose connector instead of the new, more durable metal one. They also wanted the same price for the lower quality part. Advanced Auto parts had the newer model for the same price. I might give them another shot and if it’s better I will adjust my review.

My first time at O'reilly's. They had what I needed (gas treatment and carb. cleaner for mower), with quick, efficient service. Store was bright and clean, parking lot laid out nicely. The inner breezeway at the entrance seemed a bit odd, don't usually encounter this. Otherwise a nice-looking place.

Harry is the man! I called the store ahead to make sure they had the right car battery I needed in stock. He answered the phone and gave me multiple options. He had the battery waiting at the counter when I arrived. He even installed it for me! Harry was professional, personable and friendly. He even gave me a few pointers to fixed my fogged up headlight. Customer service is outstanding They have free installation with certain purchase of their products , and very efficient about it . Thank you for installing my battery today 😁 Today purchase brake pads , rotors and I had a hard time online trying to understand so I called them and told them I'm old school the online gets me sometimes and the gentleman was very patient and understanding even when I sure he was busy and I want to say thank you for your patience and time . I definitely recommend this place for great products, great service , with great prices .

Honestly, the way they let their commercial drivers drive is the sole reason I will not do business here. Had one of them today block me from exiting a parking lot because they stopped in the middle of the road to text and drive. Main street, so they clearly aren't well trained, let alone have common sense.

This is a typical O’Reillys. The staff was helpful and had a little knowledge of the task at hand. Upon request the attendant went to the shelf and grabbed my part. The attendant was courteous and seemed knowledgeable.

Went to warranty a caliper I bought the day before that had failed and seized on the highway. Didn't have a receipt and had bought the caliper at the groton store. Old guy with a beard have me such a hard time about not having a receipt even though he was able to look it up in less than 5 minutes. I also needed a new set of brake pads and I wanted the cheapest ones possible and he only would sell me the most expensive ones citing "your lincoln takes ceramic from the factory" even though all options listed were ceramic even the cheaper ones. Will not be back at this location.

Very happy to easily find what I needed. Could have gotten what I needed at the local Walmart but with it being a holiday I didn't want to fight crowds and remembered that OReilly sells paint. I really liked this location!! The staff were so unbelievably kind and experienced with products. They explained to me which bulbs would be better and even showed me on their computer how the VIN number of the car shows what parts it needs!! I love that when you walk in they acknowledge you— a rare thing these days at other businesses. The employees will take you to the product and explain it to you. Again, I don’t know much about cars but they had me feeling confident with the headlights I bought and I replaced them myself!!
