Intimidating attitude, when calling for support they state they can't do anything for me even though they have my vehicle. Prejudice against people out of state. It's all about them or the highway terrible customer service. If you're out of state do not go here. They do social tactics on phone and try to make you feel like your concerns aren't valid and come from a place of power and not customer service. Judge you and your personal situation and give wrong information. Purposely disguise their voice and change it everytime you call to try to mess with you. Went to pick up my car, was calm and collective everyday is a new day and they still used other customers to create scenes and try to mess with you.

Their amazing staff guided and supported me through the entire repair process with knowledge and professionalism. My car looks absolutely perfect on the outside; and they detailed it as well!

I do not recommend Falvey’s Collision Center based off of my experience. After my Mazda Cx-50 was backed into and had damage to the body and exhaust, I brought it in for an insurance estimate and was completely dismissed and told “certain damages weren’t due to this accident”, even with the video proof I provided. They approved only a $300 bumper fix and neglected to address the exhaust issues. I decided to go elsewhere and was given an estimate of over $3000 in repairs! Super dissatisfied with the customer service I received here and am very glad I took my service elsewhere to ensure all of the damages on my car were taken care of.
