I have been going to Sullivan’s for a long time. I recently made an appoint to get brakes done. Dropped my truck off in the am. Did not hear from them all day. Called at 2:30. Job not started. Call back at 3. Started work but didn’t have the rotors and would get them next day. NO GOOD. I cannot take dayS off of work get a brake job completed. One day should have been PLENTY OF TIME to complete. This should have been noted in the am. When addressed with mechanic- he said he'd get the parts delivered, he’d stay late, get it done and have it ready by 5:30. When I got there to pick up my truck, the job: front and back brakes and all 4 rotors 1019$. Had I known that would be the price (overpriced) I would not have gotten them done. I asked others about the price and the general consensus is that this way overpriced PERIOD for parts and labor- Whether I paid overtime labor or not (which I should not have had to pay to begin with) I feel very much like I was swindled and that’s a first for me with Sullivan’s

Matt Sullivan consistently proves to be a reliable and honest mechanic. I used to be a mechanic in a past life and have seen all kinds of service and business practices. Matt was upfront and honest every time my wife visited. He never took advantage of her or anyone I have referred. It is an unfortunate reality of the industry but Matt has earned my trust tenfold.

We were recommended to sullivan's from a neighbor last year and have been more than happy with their service each time. We drop the car off the night before and more often than not it is ready for pickup the next day. The prices are fair, and honest. I never felt uncomfortable going in there and talking to them, never once felt like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. We will be life long customers for sure! Thank you guys again!

I have been going to Matt and Billy for at least 30 years. Need been disappointed. They are very honest and do everything they say they are going to do. I went once got a quote for $300, they ended up doing over $800 In repairs. I only paid the $300. That's how honest they are. You cannot go wrong with Sullivan's. Love them, thanks Matt and Billy. Two score plus a handful of years I have been - due to superior service performed on each and every one of my vehicles - a return customer of Sullivan's Service Center! Whether for simple oil changes; scheduled service, and/or emergency assistance I trust Matt & Bill to fix what needs fixing. And they give a heads-up and a time when future service is needed so I can decide when to nip that needed service in the bud, or continue on til I have no choice but to get said service. Matt and Bill have always been honest and able to perform superior service at fair prices. I recommend them to anyone who asks if I know any good mechanics. Damn right I do. Sent me off with a broken control arm TWICE. I went to a DIFFERENT mechanic that realized within the first 20 minutes of having it that the control arm was snapped. If you care for your LIFE, don’t go here. Completely disappointed and disgusted!
