Came here to have two new tires put on to replace a tire with a slow leak. Unfortunately the wrong tire was accidently replaced when the new tires were installed. BUT the situation was completely rectified when we called about the issue. James went well above and beyond to not only fix the shop's error but also to ensure our complete satisfaction by generously replacing the other two tires at no additional charge. Because of James we will continue to use Norwich Wal-Mart's Auto Center. Mistakes happen but when a company owns it and ensures their customers are happy they make a lasting impression and thats what keeps customers coming back. Thanks again James!

This is also where you get "keys made". Waited a long time to be seen by not one, but two rude mechanics, and neither one "allegedly" knew how to make/copy a key? (Another employee later stated they were being dishonest). After waiting so long for such incompetence , I was told "Hey, don't get an attitude with us".... If you cannot copy a simple key...how are you skilled enough to repair an automobile?

Says they close at 7 but they turned me down at 415 for an easy oil change. And first of all I was sitting for 20 minutes waiting for someone to actually come out... going to Lisbon from now on. They were rude simple as that

Awful!!! Wish I could leave less than one star. My friend and I went in for an oil change, and immediately after we left the car began smoking. After demanding answers for what they did to the car, they just said the catalytic converter "coincidentally" broke right after the oil change. We insisted it was because they put too much oil in. My friend and I (both women) were blatantly looked down upon by the staff, and we were brushed off after they gave us a few vouchers for free oil changes (like we'd ever come back again). We ended up getting the car towed to Monro, and they told us what we already knew. They had put way too much oil in! Luckily monro helped us for free, but we still paid for the oil change and $100 for the tow truck!!!! Worst experience ever. Only go if you don't like being treated as an equal.

I called the auto center hoping to make an appointment for an oil change this morning. They said I would be fine for a walk-in between 11am-12pm I show up and was denied service at the agreed upon time, because they only had two people on. I will not be returning to this location due to poor communication and customer service.

Before going to Walmart auto center, PLEASE READ! ***Terrible Communication, & Unprofessional Service & staffs! *** I went in for an appointment to have my tire and rim repaired. I arrived a little early, hoping to get it done faster, but I ended up waiting and waiting. After about 20 minutes, no one had communicated with me. Finally, an employee, an older woman working at the counter, approached me, but the interaction quickly went downhill. At first, she seemed friendly, but as soon as I tried to explain what I needed—getting my tire and rim fixed—she became dismissive and unhelpful. I tried to explain the situation clearly, but she kept saying things like, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it” and “I can’t do that.” Her response was confusing, and she seemed to have no interest in understanding or helping. After her rude response, I decided to leave and come back later with my tire and rim for a fix. When I returned to confront the employee about the poor service, I was met with even more frustration. As I tried to speak to her, she walked away without addressing me, and when she finally turned around to help another customer, I was beyond upset. I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional she was, especially considering I was there to pay for a service. She told me, “You didn’t tell me anything about my tire and rim,” and at that point, I felt completely disregarded and disrespected. To make matters worse, when she helped another customer right in front of me, it felt as if I was being completely ignored. The lack of respect and basic customer service was appalling. Finally, I'll never return to Walmart Auto Center again. The poor communication, rude behavior, and complete lack of professionalism are very uncomfortable and uneasy. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location, especially if you expect decent service and respect.

Made appointment got there 15 mins early an hour later checked and they were just starting. Not to please about it I said good thing I made an appointment and the little putz behind the counter got all snippy. How about you don't over book appointments and this wouldn't happen

He went above and beyond to help me with my tires and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciated how professional and kind he was. I left very pleased with the treatment and the overall service. Very pleased with my service this morning great staff nice friendly environment. All my questions and concerns were handled in a professional manner, the lady Jackie at the front desk was very knowledgeable about my vehicle needs had new tires installed and a full synthetic oil change out the door in an hour flat!
