Absolutely amazing service! I had a flat tire, and was unable to get my vehicle to the shop. Even though I was a first-time customer, Jim actually came to my house, removed the flat, and put on the spare so I could get it there, only charging a very small fee. Being later in the day, I assumed my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day, but they immediately began working on it. It was done in 30 minutes! I am so impressed by the quality, price and speed, I will absolutely only go here from now on!

Amazing, across the board. I showed up basically without notice, was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Four or five guys worked on my car at the same time. I drove my car in, had 4 old tires dismounted, new ones mounted, balanced, and installed in less than 20 minutes. Oh yeah, and that includes the time to scrub the blue protective layer off of my whitewalls. Price was EXTREMELY fair; car drives great. Will 100% do business with again. Highly recommended.

Called that mornin ordered some BFGoodrich K02s, and they received them that day, and I was unfortunately late to the "appointment" we made and showed up literally 10 minutes before closing. And they still got me in. Replaced my rear tires and with news and rotated the fronts to the back for me as well. They were finished within 10 to 15 minutes. And got me a much better price for my K02s than expected.

Went in thinking my car might have needed to be balanced, I mentioned being unsure. They did not hesitate to check the car out for me. In just a few minutes they were able to tell me what the true issue was, saving me so much time and money. Most places would be quick to charge a diagnostic fee, yet they were kind enough to the service free of charge. Because of how honest and kind these men were, I will definitely be returning back for any future service my vehicle may need! Recommend this business 100%!

These guys really saved the day. Mounted my tractor tires without issue for a fair price. Other tire shops I have used for tractor tire service in the past refused to help. It is a bit of a rough and ready shop ‐ better suited for tires on a pickup than a Bentley - but thats just great. Thanks Joshua and team! Will be back!

I went to riddys after having a nail stuck in my tire. I initially went to Firestone, who told me they couldn’t fix it, and needed four new tires instead. I went to riddys cause I felt I was being lied to, the fit me in that day, had me in and out in 20 minutes, and a great price of around $20 for a patch. I’ll go back every time.

I'm totally disappointed with this place. They charge me $160 for mount and balance 4 new tires in 4 new wheels. They use regular wheels mounting machine, nothing special. They don't take credit/debit cards. The only nice thing they told me was that they charge $75 for alignment and low riders has a limit on how low. My didn't pass because my fusser.

Called on Thursday for 2 new front tires the polite technician that answered the phone collected the appropriate vehicle information and with in minutes he gave me a price and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 10-11 am. They mounted, balanced and installed the front 2 tires and inflated the rear dully's to proper PSI. They referred me to Kleeman' auto repair in Norwich. Great experience the price was the price!! No add on BS like at those big national brands. I will be back.
