Not only that but the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to provide the best service I have received from a service company in quite some time. Wow, what an incredible experience at Town Fair Tire, thanks to Coop and his team! I went in to check out rims for my Tesla Model 3, possibly a tire package, with a clear idea of what I wanted after browsing options on Tire Rack. But Coop completely changed my perspective. His expert suggestions led me in a new direction, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. After spending over $3,000, I’m thrilled to share this review! I live in Massachusetts but frequently visit family in Connecticut, and let me tell you—not all Town Fair Tire locations are created equal. The level of respect, patience, and professionalism I experienced here blew me away. Coop’s knowledge of tires and wheels, especially for a Model 3, was impressive. During installation, the team even spotted a hairline scratch on one of the rims—something my OCD self might have missed—and promptly ordered a replacement. I was back on the road in no time. I’m already looking forward to returning for tire rotation, balancing, and alignment. Initially, I was hesitant to go anywhere other than Tesla for this purchase, but Coop and the service manager made the process seamless, comfortable, and stress-free. My new wheels are turning heads, and I’m still getting compliments! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend Coop and this Town Fair Tire location!

Great place to go! Had a flat tire and was thinking i was in the hole at least $80 for a patch and labor based on other quotes. Called them and was told they do it for free which held true, all i paid was labor! The staff is super friendly and you can tell they have fun throughout the day which makes a for great atmosphere! The time they estimated also was longer than they actually took and i’m out of the shop before the time they said they could take my car back! Thank you Coop and the rest of the crew at TFT Norwich!

Great, hassle free service every time I have been here. Just got a set of BFGoodrich KO3s mounted, balanced, and a much needed alignment done on my Tacoma. Rides excellent now. Have bought or had other tires mounted here in the past, exact same experience. No issues, balanced perfectly, and no scuffs/scratches/abrasions on my wheels.
