I called this company to come look at my car. They sent a man over who was supposed to be there at 11 he showed up a couple hours later.. Came and looked him up car and said that he had the part at his shop and he would come back to fix it.. Hours passed by and nothing when I finally reached out to owe me said he had to order the part and he would come tomorrow and fix it ever since then they have not been answering text messages or calls have been completely avoiding me. And me. This company is not professional at all it does bad business and I would highly recommend to stay away from them

I was referred here by a mere acquaintance, and they not only gave me the absolute best customer service when speaking to me, the part owner himself took time from his day to attend my vehicle and assist me with not only cheap labor, but the CORRECT and best of quality and price product needed to complete the replacment of broken parts on my vehicle. On top of that, he squeezed me in at the earliest possible time I personally had available, and he went a step further and checked and changed my brakes for me while he worked without charging me for the full labor fees of that as well. I will forever bring my vehicle (2002 Honda Odyssey Ex-l) as well as any future vehicle of mine, to his auto shop. I loved speaking with his wife, and also owner Dorris, whom answers the phone, and she was absolutely WONDERFUL at taking down specific quotes and getting back to me in fantastic time. If i could, i would give 10 stars out of 5. Please, if you have any automotive problems, give B & D Automotive a call, as they are the best I have found in Tulare County so far...and I have been to a LOT of auto shops!!

If you want honesty and great customer service this is where you need to go. Bob has been repairing our family cars for several years now. He is honest and stands behind his work. When our son was away at college and had car problems he face timed him to help figure out what the problem was. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else. I would give them 6 stars if possible.

Bob is a very good and honest person. I called him up on a Saturday night to help me fix my car. I couldn't take the car to his garage as I was very far from his place, he offered help on the call and it worked!! Even though he had plans with his family that night, he assured me that I could give him a call anytime and he would help me out. Great guy. Could give him 10 stars if possible.

Bob from B&D automotive is a caring and professional mechanic. He was walking me through the whole process of my vehicle tune from start to finish. He also made it a goal to make sure that the vehicle tune up stayed in my budget. His front desk lady was so nice and very helpful. Bob is great!! I've used him for about 4 or 5 years now on everything from having our brakes done to pretty much rebuilding our front end. He's worked on 4 of our family's vehicles and has always done great, professional work. If I ever had a problem arise and he was available, he'd be there. I can pretty much bet that he will be able to meet, if not beat anyone's prices as well. I will continue to use B&D for all of our mechanical needs.

Extremely kind, honest, and helpful people in this shop. Bob is a truly great person and so kind, and Richard got my Ford Fusion fixed up extremely well. My car's tire got cut on accident on their lift and Bob went out of his way to order the exact same tire I had on my car and offer to install it for free while I'm at work. I've never had the privilege of working with such great people before I went to Bob because his prices were reasonable and his level of openness and communication was unlike anybody else I had spoken to. I will absolutely be going back!

They were very friendly and helpful the entire time, they even let me out on the shop floor to show me everything in full detail. They found the oil leak I was struggling to find for months now in just a few seconds. I hit a tire, and they showed me that there was no damage underneath whatsoever. Best experience with a mechanic I've ever had.
