The guys down at O'Reilly's are professional friendly and courteous. They have been very patient with me when i have had many questions most i if which I'm sure they've answered multiple times before and answered then again when i asked. It was hard to see kragens go away leaving us with O'Reilly's. A big unknown as far as i was concerned. But then with pep boys gone, NAPA and smiths being over priced on most parts, there was AutoZone and oreillys . After 6pm which is often the case , they were the only two. I've never had much luck with auto zone so i started going more to oreillys. They surprised me and when the guys actually greet you by name as you enter the second time you go in. It really means that they pay attention to their customer and really are there for you and they become more than just a parts store. They become the parts store.

Man normally I like going to this Store manger are real cool and helpful. except for this one character the Brain of a crocodile that young man needs mental help. Other than that O’Reillys is the spot!

This review is for Jarrett. My boyfriend went in and gave him my make model and year and asked for the proper coolant. Jarrett gave him a cheap universal coolant. It was the wrong coolant and I put it in my car. Now I have to get it towed and have my mechanic flush it out. When I went in to talk about it I wasn't rude or inappropriate. Jarrett doubled down and claimed that this coolant could be used in any car. When he realized he was wrong there was no apology or acknowledgment that he made a mistake. Just a matter of fact "you'll have to take it up with corporate." This man caused damage to my car and shows no remorse. I thought I could trust O'Reilly when I gave them all the proper info. I was wrong, and now I will be forever skeptical of the service there.

Generally my go-to for any dyi maintenance on my truck or bike. Not the greatest experience lately. Told the lady at the counter the make and model of my truck and that I needed an air filter and cabin filter. She sent me home with both items being incorrect. Didn't realize it until I had my air filter pulled apart at home. Had to go back and she helped me again. Remembered me and the make/model of my truck without me having to repeat it. She then located the correct filters. How does that even happen?

A very pleasant experience with Edith and Yovani. It was a short visit but in that time I enjoyed a nice warm welcome as I entered. The store was pretty empty, however Edith was sanitizing and wiping down staying busy, while Yovani assisted me. Yovani was able to use his knowledge of parts to locate the part I needed just by my poor description. Also, they were both engaging and polite ! A+ He signed me up for a Rewards program I didn’t know existed which is great to save on future purchases. Wonderful experience! :)

Went in for a window shade. It’s a lil too long for my RAV4. Asked the female worker if it would fit and her responds was it’s universal and fits most car. That responds didnt answer my question. Those workers there are lazy and dont try to help the customers. Will go to Autozone from now on.

Been here twice. Both times sales reps were helpful in getting me what I needed quickly and without any upsell. In fact, they helped me pick the cheaper product as it would basically be the same thing. Prices are obviously more expensive that Wal-Mart/Amazon if you know the exact part you need, but if you needed it today with actual advice, it's a nice resource to have.

I went into the store late on Monday night carry in my Battery, where I was promptly greeted, and immediately asked me if I needed my battery tested to which I replied yes. After the test was done the Battery showed that it needed to get charged up, so Christian offered to charge it for me and would call me to let me know when it was all done. So I left the store and went back home expecting to get a phone call back letting me know my battery was bad like I thought it was, but instead I received a phone call letting me know my battery was able to take the charge , and was ready for pick up. So I went to the store and picked up my battery, went back home thinking I had a different problem with my car, like the fuel pump or starter since I was sure the battery was the problem. So I put my battery back in and my car started right up!!!!!!! Thank You!!!!

My husband went in to get Freon for our car. I had gotten some 2 days before but it wouldn't work.(cost $55 plus a $10 core charge). I have done this before on previous vehicles and had no issues. Anyway, So my husband went back and asked the gentleman at the counter for help. He was great. They went out to our car and found that I had purchased the wrong product. He went back into the store and got the proper one (the cost was $155 plus a $10 core charge). He the. Took the cab out to the car and attempted to use it. It still didn't work. He told my husband to come back inside and he'd refund the money. When my husband went back inside the manager told my husband that there was no refund because the deal had been broke. On the can and that my husband should have read the can before he attempted to use it....my husband never touched the can. The O'Reilly employee opened it and attempted to use it. The gentleman that helped my husband was sincere in his attempt to help. The manager however was rude to my husband and the fact that we spent over $200 and the manager was rude is unacceptable. I worked retail for years in management and I would have at least given a partial refund.

As of late I've made my local O'Reilly my go to for all my automotive needs. Well just earlier I called O'Reilly in regards to needing a lowbeam headlight for my kia optima,I was quoted a price so off me and my son went. I'm disabled so I sat in the car thinking there's no need to bring my wheelchair, my son gets off to let them know we were who called and my son returns saying they need more info "why when I was just quoted a price" well he goes back in then returns with an employee who wont walk passed the side walk to confirm what was needed,saying they need the bulb was needed to be sure, I just told my son "let's go home to pull it out seeing as zero assistance was given. Not cool.

I went into O’Reilly’s today to get a new battery with my 3 daughters. My patience had been tested as I had to jump my car every time I shut it off, and I had tons of errands to run. An employee by the name of Diego was a godsend to me as he was more than willing to change my battery out for me (even tho I was not 100% sure that’s what they do) when I asked if he could. He did a wonderful job! My battery was kinda stubborn but he got it out and replaced in such a timely manner. I’ll forever be so grateful as I had no idea what the heck I was doing to get it replaced. It’s employees like Diego that make me want to not only give him my business, but to also 1000% recommend them to everyone I know. Diego, if you’re reading this I am SO grateful for all of your help today. You have no idea the way you can change someone’s day just by being willing to lend a helping hand. I will always give this O’Rilley’s location my family and my business! Again, thank you so very much for going above and beyond. You all were so wonderful!

Good service, and customer support. I had called for prices on snow chains, the next day went to a different o'reilly's then the one I called. I was gonna get a much higher price, so called the guy I called the day before, at the o'rellys down the street and he found the chains I had been originally quoted.
