After reading all of the positive reviews online I gave Jeff a call and he DEFINITELY did not disappoint! He diagnosed the issues with my vehicle promptly, provided me with a quote for the work, which was very fair. I just picked up my car and realized that he even replaced my burnt out headlight AND changed my oil.....AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!! 😁 It's such a relief to know that there are still businesses and business owners who have integrity and can provide this level of customer service! I went with Pepe’s based on other reviews in regards to honesty and affordability and they were right. I don’t post reviews often, but was very impressed. Not only did they get me in fast, they got the AC repaired quickly and was surprised by how affordable they were. I spent almost as much last year trying to fix it myself and wasn’t successful. The cherry on top was I realized when I was leaving that they had aired up my tire, they didn’t have to but their attention to their customer was impressive.

These people are awesome. If your looking for work to be done right the first time, without the price gouging, go to these guys. Had an f-150 ac repaired here after 3 other shops failed. Has worked for years now. Took my ram 2500 for heater issues and they fixed it. Great company.

My 2006 2500 Silverado has been showing me the battery not charging light for over a year and would disappear through the day. I changed fuses, I checked the battery cables, etc. I had read that it could be an alternator problem, but because the truck would start with no problem. I lived with it. I finally decided to not live with it anymore. I called Pepe's to check for time availability and the owner said bring it on in. He ran a test for about 10 minutes and confirmed it was a bad alternator. They gave me a price and had a new one in within about a total of 2 hours. I highly recommend this place for Fast and Trustworthy service.

This is the BEST mechanic I've ever known. Jeff is an honest, hard working individual with a very trustworthy reputation! I only wish his availability was better. Sometimes he can get so busy you have to schedule with him 2 weeks out. BUT, if you can afford to wait, you will not regret it! I highly suggest Jeff as your regular mechanic!

Found them on Yelp and needed my AC repaired on my 2013 Tacoma. Jeff was so helpful and the front office lady was super sweet. They had it fixed super fast and didn't over charge me at all. I went back in because it was blowing hot air at times and Jeff took a look and it for no charge. They are honest people and very friendly. They will be my go to people when I need something looked at for all of my vehicles because they go that extra for their customers.

I was on vacation and began hearing a terrible noise from my vehicle. I called around to 8 other shops around no one would take a look for at least a week. I was renting a car across the street and out of curiosity went over explained my situation and they were able to take a look at it for me. Very grateful great service highly recommend.

Zero stars wasn't an option. Took our car there because we weren't sure if our regular mechanic worked on ACs. Was quoted at over a 1k for a part they said was broken. I took my car out after paying 150$ diagnostic fee, and took it to my mechanic. My mechanic said the part wasn't broken and looked like someone took it apart. He put it back together and charged me not much more than Pepes "diagnostic" fee.

I was referred here by a friend and was so happy I took my car here. I'm always weary on dealing with mechanics because they are always nickel and diming you looking for everything wrong with your car. My car overheated so I had it towed here. They told me all it was, was a radiator hose. They fixed it and i was good to go. I will definitely continue coming here if I have any other issues with my car and I definitely recommend. 1000/100

I am a new customer with Pepe’s auto and air. Have brought my vehicle there twice. Prior to bringing my vehicle there for the first time I stopped by there to check the place out and along the way I met really nice people from the patty at the front desk and Tim the friendly knowledgeable mechanic. There is another mechanic there I forget his name, but he was really nice as well. They answered all my questions and allowed me to talk their head off lol. I was quick to make an appointment with them at that point. Both times that I brought my vehicle there I ran into the owner/mechanic Jeff and he seemed like a real awesome individual as well. All the customers that went in there acted like they had been friends for years meaning they were really happy and obviously regulars there . They’re really fast and honest. Long story short, I would have to say trust this business and the people there and respect them they’re awesome. Really easy people to talk to, and they will give you the time of day. If you don’t give them a shot on your vehicle, you’ll never know

Honest upfront estimate with no hidden fees. Mechanic explained what was causing both problems What really impressed me was when I asked about a service they didn't provide, the owner actually called around to local shops to find someone who could help me out. That level of customer service is rare. Professional service with fair pricing. Even though I was just passing through, they treated me like a regular customer.
