I pulled in right at lunch hour on a Monday. I encountered a clean, friendly and responsive office when I entered to ask about an estimate for a small bump I had between my carport and brand new Tacoma. With less than an hour to spare on my end before another appointment the owner came out and popped my plastic parts back into place and wiped off paint debris with guidance for the remaining chips in my paint on the plastic free of charge and within ten minutes. This act of kindness earns reward with a glowing review and recommendation. I picked this location off the quick google search and it was more than expected. I feel I was given royal treatment by a well run operation. My truck looks like nothing ever happened.

From start to finish, they were amazing! Not only did Diego know right away what the problem was with my car window but he was incredibly friendly and very fast with getting me the most affordable price. They were very flexible about when I could bring my car in to get repaired and they fixed it quickly. The customer service was fantastic. Everyone there was polite and very sweet. Also, it's nice to see a business that goes the extra mile. Two days after I had my window repaired I received a thank you card from Visalia Auto Body in the mail. I can't say enough good things about Visalia Auto Body. So glad I went to them!

These guys are awesome! I took my 2007 gray Honda Civic (had a damaged bumper ) Spoke to Diego whose the manager & they got me all set up & took care of everything. All the workers there are very reliable & professional, they found some more damage to the vehicle and kept me updated during the whole process & dealt directly w/ the insurance company. These men will get the job done & quickly. They even offered me a ride home (the owner gave me a ride) which was a relief cause I didn’t have to pay for an Uber. If something ever happens to my car again, I’m not going anywhere else. This is the place to go.

This turned out to be a great place. Not just cause my insurance recommend them, but because they do really great work. Stan was incredibly knowledgeable. They replaced the front bumper on my daughter's car a while back and did a great job. Then, someone hit her car while it was parked and the left side came loose. We took it today for an estimate to repair the bumper. Javier took a few minutes out of his buy day and just fixed it enough on the spot so it could be driven safely...for free! Now that's customer service. I won't go anywhere else for bodywork.

After my wife was in an accident we called in a claim with State Farm. We where referred to this body shop. We were greeted by Same the manager he was very helpful and willing to help. He had the vehicle for about a month and we were ok with time frame to get it repaired. Whole front end needed over $11,000 worth of repairs and was not worried about things on my BMW being fixed and looking perfect when they said it was a preferred Auto Body Shop that State Farm recommended . We were called by Sam after a month of being in shop stating car is Ready to pick up. Me and my wife went to pick up car and is was horrible , orange peel all over side of fenders rough to touch, blotches on paint, parts broken in engine compartment and windshield seal. I asked Sam what happened? He stated the State Farm won’t replace old parts because they are old and falling apart because they are old. I told him that yes they are old, but parts are damaged due to result of accident, he then said I will have to submit a request to see if they will cover that… I asked why would they? He stated because it’s old and brittle they won’t cover it, ok….. so if my hood is bent and I can’t close it you are going to tell me it’s old? Sam said what are you talking about! The point is it’s a result of the accident and that why I have insurance to fix it! I am done talking with you, I call State Farm ! Orange peel, contamination in paint, blotches in paint under hood insulation missing, dust and polishing materials all over engine compartment. Who will help us? State Farm or Visalia Auto Body?
