Would really like to rate higher because work quality is truly exceptional, but i feel like I was scammed out of my own parts. Let me elaborate, I had a bottom end kit purchased ready to go into a ktm 85, due to a time constraint I had I was unable to install so I took it down to the shop turn around time was around what I was told and upon pickup of my bottom end I was expecting to receive my old crank so that I could repair it and have a spare ready to go. But unfortunately it was not given back to me even though I provided my own parts and it is a part that is reparable. This is what leads me to give this rating to my experience here at Lusardi. Please take this with a grain of salt and know that I’m hoping this is seen and hopefully righted to retract my review, but if not just be aware when providing parts yourself there is a possibility of this happening if you are not aware like I was.

Called Monday morning to have my chain looked at during a motorcycle trip. Nate was nice enough to accept a walk in under the circumstances. On reaching the shop, both Brian and Nate took excellent care of my Multistrada and got it going within 30 mins. They also offered recommendations to some great restaurants. This was certainly a 6 star experience! Highly recommended them for your motorcycle needs.
