Used their services again today and they were awesome. Came in under what I anticipated. They never disappoint. They were very punctual with getting vehicle in for repairs. Repairs were done quickly and affordable. Everyone was very kind and courteous. They went above and beyond for me as I was helping a friend get their car fixed. I would recommend them to others for general and more extensive repairs in the future most definitely!!!

Horrible experience here. My battery was not holding a charge, there was a gurgling noise when it would try to start after pumping gas, and the car had stalled out a few times. I called several times over the next 2 weeks nagging them to look at it, kept being told “we’ll look at it today or tomorrow”. After 2.5 weeks I still had no word so I called to say I’ll be picking up my keys to take the car elsewhere. Conveniently when I called, the mechanic was looking at it “right now” and I was assured they would call me back. They close at 5 and at 4:45 I was on my way to get the keys when they call to say they have looked at it. I get there and request my keys. The mechanic then tells me the parts are already on order and they would be there by 8am the next day and apologizes for how long it’s taken and explains some personal issues he was juggling at home. So he ordered parts for a fix that I hadn’t even yet been told the diagnosis for yet? Nor given an estimate for?? Whatever, I’m pissed but if this 2.5 week ordeal is going to be over by 10am tomorrow (1.5 hrs labor) then fine. I say ok and he assures me it will be done and I will hear back by 10am. At 10am I get a call that the part they ordered showed up cracked and they had to order a new one but it will be there by noon. I say I still haven’t even been given an estimate on this, what is this supposed to cost? This is a different mechanic on the phone. He says he doesn’t know and they’ll have to call me back with that. At noon I get a call from the receptionist that the replacement part actually isn’t going to come until tomorrow. As she’s about to hang up I say wait a minute what about my estimate?? She actually provides that. The next day I hear nothing by 1pm so I call. She says the part “just came in” and he’s working on it. They quoted it 1.5 hours labor so I call again at 3pm. She says he just needs to test drive it. At 4 I get a call that it’s ready to be picked up. I get there at 4:45 and pay. The mechanic apologizes for how long it’s taken. We go to start the car and it immediately doesn’t start. The mechanic argues that what he was fixing was the gurgling noise that was heard while pumping gas - he replaced the evap purge valve canister which aligned with the codes that the car was reading. That was 1 of 3 symptoms provided. The notes that the receptionist took from my description were poor at best, but did state the issues of not starting and stalling out. Neither of those symptoms were treated. The mechanic then tries to argue that it must just need a new battery and that’s an easy fix, clearly not recalling that he himself already tested my battery and alternator and told me both were fine. Not to mention why hasn’t that been tested and addressed already?? Did they even try to start the car after “fixing” it? Because it won’t hold a charge at all. I am extremely frustrated at this point and am absolutely done with B&K. After a horrible closing interaction, during which I am told I have an attitude (it’s called dissatisfaction from $275 that didn’t fix the problem and 3 weeks of having to nag what’s supposed to be a reputable business) and him refusing to jump my car so I can take it to another shop “unless I say please” and the being told he doesn’t need customers like me anyways. I feel I was very patient and understanding over the 3 weeks. I should have pulled the plug on the whole thing after 1 week.

They do good work but moves pretty slow I took my truck to get checked out and it just sat in their yard without ever getting pulled into the garage I eventually just went and picked it up and took it elsewhere
