Would give zero stars if possible. Had an appointment scheduled Wed. Sept. 11 10am. 1) No street signage on Getty to indicate where they are, since their "business" is located a ways off the street with just a small sign above/near the door 2) I finally found the place (approx. 10:10am), but the door was locked, which tells me no one was there. These people obviously have no idea how to run a business. Googling Peter Principle will undoubtedly come up with the name of this place. Their incompetence lost them some business. I highly suspect the 18 five star reviews are phony.

The staff is accommodating and friendly. They offer reasonable pricing and work quickly. Overall, I was delighted with my first experience. I had an issue with my window not rolling up. They also changed my oil while my car was in the shop. I will be making a second visit if my car has more issues.
