Rick and his crew are top notch, I’m not from Muskegon and bought a sail boat in the area. Called and Rick was on top of it working with my schedule on permits.I had trailer tires put on the trailer while boat was still on the trailer. Guys jumped on it and knocked it out in no time. They even helped get trailer hooked up to the truck. I highly recommend if you need tires, brakes and top notch service check these guys out, you can’t go wrong.

These guys did a great job replacing all four tires on our Subaru. They helped me figure out what size tires I needed so they could order them, and said they’d be available the next day. I was really impressed with the system they used to send a text message informing me my car was ready (which was a pretty speedy turnaround time), along with a link to a detailed report of everything they did, and a cost breakdown. They also gave me a printed copy of that report which included even more detail which I thought was pretty neat. Will definitely come back for more great service on our vehicles.

After visiting relatives in Muskegon, my kids and I started out early in the morning for our twelve hour ride home only to have my car break down on Hwy 31 leaving us stranded. I called around to several local mechanics without finding any even willing to look at the car until I contacted Muskegon Brake & Tire. They were extremely helpful & knowledgeable from the moment I called. We were able to get our car to their shop. They looked at it immediately and found the issue. Replaced all 4 tires on my 2003 Tundra that were 17 years old and had slow leaks. Muskegon Brake and Tire did an excellent job deburring the rims and mounting/balancing the tires. They provided excellent service for a fair price and took the time to deburr the wheels properly that I doubt a big box store would have done! The employees were courteous and treated me with respect. I will be keeping this shop in mind for any further repairs. Top notch service!

I went today only to have my vehicle looked at to see what was wrong with the brake’s? They not only figured out that there was air in the line’s but other thing’s also. They just did the repair on the spot. I didn’t need to make another appt, or wast another day trying to get this dealt with. What I loved was the fact that the guy I dealt with had been at that buisness for over twenty five year’s and the longest employee they have there. I have only one word , AMAZING ! My experience was 150% great and I will definitely turn to them for Mainanance/ and work on my vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgable , and honest, and explained everything to me. My experience here for the first time blew me away. They have excellent service, truly care about the quality of their work and your satisfaction, follow up later for a service review and questions, and came in thousands under the budget I received from local Firestone as well as Good Guys Garage. They did my extensive repairs in a timely fashion. And did I mention that they have really awesome technology and metrics.
