I took my car in mid July 2024 before my warranty was up. I asked them to check out the engine code & look over the parts covered by the warranty (axles, cv joints etc). They "repaired" an exhaust leak for $125. Today's mechanic said that the leak is still there and he can see where they welded it. After getting confirmation that these repairs actually need done, and getting photos of the axles and joints, I called B&M to ask why this wasn't repaired or even mentioned to me at all. The mechanic said "they must have not made any noise that day." I just want to say, I'm not handy at all and I could see the axles and cv joints were shot just by looking at it on the lift. I will never return here again. Most of the repairs would have been covered by the warranty which is now over. Now I have to go into debt to fix all of these repairs. Thanks for nothing but a headache!!
